下周抽血,再做一个 regular ultrasound. OB 说下面还要再到 high-risk specialist
那儿再去做一个 ultrasound.
回来想了想,越来越不想去 high-risk specialist 那儿去了.据说 ultrasound 对胎儿
有潜在的危险. 一个 regular ultrasound, 看看宫颈, fluid, anatomy 之类的不久可
以了吗? 我有个大宝,孕期一切顺利,生产顺利. 难道就因为我现在高龄, 就要去看
high-risk specialist?
可以跟 OB 谈不去 high-risk specialist 那儿去吗? 实在要去抽血可以,但不原意再
做 ultrasound. |

很忙的，根本用不要给介绍生意。你是高龄，按惯例你的ob为了对你负责才让你去hugh
risk ob那边，因为他们的b超设备要好一些，b超师和ob对解读b超结果的水平要高一
些，对胎儿遗传病的某些特点见的多一些。高龄妈妈怀的宝宝会出现’genetic
abnormal 的机率要高，你ob是对你负责。我怀老大，老二都是高龄，每次都得见high
risk ob，做b超超过20次，啥事都没有。他要是不让我在high risk ob那儿做level 2
的b超，我才要担心呢。 |

支撑都是张得很开的那种，价位都差不多八十块左右。
我住的地方铺的是地毯，不是很宽敞，宝宝的东西扔得哪都是的。
我知道有一种是绑椅子上的。
大家给点建议吧，是直接买那种支撑得很大很大的high chair，还是绑椅子上不占地方
的。
或者你们有用得挺好的high chair发个连接呗。

gifted是老天给的gift, 与生俱来的能力. gifted的人天资高,如果努力,
很容易成功.东边不亮西边亮,总有一处能亮. 就算不是十分努力,也能当个
小学老师. 除非太不努力,太没追求,才会一团糟.
high acheiver就不一样了. 顾名思义是非常能够acheive的人.不管是
不是真聪明,是不是gifited, 但是肯定是努力了. 在学习和工作上,
至少付出了成功需要的努力,没有放任自流,没有浪费机会.
gifted只是让成功来得相对容易,但并不能保证成功.
而high acheiver则是不达成功不罢休的.
我们家长要做的,就是让自己的孩子成为high achiever. |

endurance。
但 high power 不一定有 good endurance，即使游泳锻炼加音乐放松，还是会有限制
。另外 high-demand thinking 太多可能会导致其它的问题，常见的是肠胃或过敏阈值。
每个 individual human 的 trait 不一样。所以适合是真理，快乐学习不苦鼻是王道
。Gifted 还是 High-achiever 就别纠结了。 |

High Frequency Trading，有一个比较大的风险就是成交的手续费＋SLIPPAGE。
好处是这个风险是可以预知。你有一定高的交易频率／WEEK。基本上一周的手续费预知
。如果只看一年的手续费＋SLIPPAGE，这个确实是一个大的风险。
但是，如果同样２０％YEARLYGAIN,高频MAX DRAWDOWN只有低频的１０％或更低（因为
承担手续费的风险被SMOOTH到整个过程中了），即，如果承担了额外手续费的风险，就
要有额外的收获，你额外的收获就是得到一个LOW MAX DRAWDOWN，那么就要做High
Frequency Trading.所以做High Frequency Trading就是做LOW MAX DRAWDOWN，都说
High Frequency Trading有相当高的SHARPE RATIO，我想应该是跟这个有关。

的隔壁，就是West Hartford 的 Hall High。Hall High 是大哈德福地区（Great
Hartford Area)不错的高中。一般住在West Hartford的华人，都希望孩子能去上Hall
High。
West Hartford是一个人种多样性的地区。按照南北为Farmington Ave中分，东西为
Main Street纵切，其城区可以简化分为四块。一般而言，Farmington Ave以北，Main
Street以西为好一些的地段。东边靠近哈德福城区的地段（如Prospect Ave 附近）要
相对老旧杂乱一些。东南部地段（如New Britain Ave， New Park Ave）也比西北部看
起来要穷一些。
治安上，West Hartford总体上还是不错的。其镇（市）中心一带是去年才新整修好了
的。这个地区的市政建设搞得不错，例如公共图书馆，社区中心，公园，体育馆，人行
道等等。当然建设费用来自纳税人的贡献。West Hartford 也以房地 |

这周天气寒冷阴雨连绵，据说mountain high 新积了6 inches 的雪了，是个滑雪的好时候
滑雪信息 更新 ：最后 我们 两个人去了滑雪。 到了滑雪场，我们新手和高手都很enjoy 。新手我总
算学会了基本ｓｔｏｐ 动作，总体觉得还是蛮安全的，是个新手学习的好场地。高手说雪非常好，到
半山腰的雪很厚，很松，是高手练习的好地方。
总结：mountain high 今年是个不错的滑雪地方
经验教训，我们7点30分出发。在mountain high 的highway的堵了4个小时 。 同学们如果要去
mountainhigh 滑雪的话，最好6点30分出发，这样路上就不会这么堵了 。

2) Cuperitno 去 De Anza Colleague 的66 位， Mitty 是 0.

The elementary in the Sammamish high area is no good.
Interlake high ranked rather high due because Bellevue School District's

Chevy Chase High。
Whitman学区的房价普遍贵， 绝大多数是SFH。 Bethesda-Chevy Chase High学区有不
少超级贵的房子， 但也有不少apartmant，生源有点杂。 而且Bethesda-Chevy Chase
