我们只是跟我们的agent说了这个情况。哪晓得他在给对方下offer的email里面把这个
事情写进去了。而且是作为highlighs之一。我们原意是想让他告诉对方我们愿意早点
closing，就在月底，作为一个advantage的，没想到反倒因此让对方的agent得瑟起来
了。我不知道这是agent无心失策，还是故意就逼上梁山，总之我看到以后跟他说，希
望你不要觉得太pressure，那个不是对你的deadline，我们可以继续租房的。这也是跟
大家分享一点经验吧，就算你再信任的，觉得再好的自己的agent，都不要把底牌交给
他。。。 |

1. 文章，30篇，其中8篇一作，另有2篇一作在审稿。一作中无CNS，但有PRL/JACS级别
2-4篇(IF>10 的3篇，>8 的5篇，>5的7篇)。
总共文章中有两篇CNS（都是3+作者）
2. 引用，一作被引200次左右（有一篇单篇被引110次），全部文章被引1400次左右，H
因子18.
3. 审稿，自己审稿70篇，全部为SCI期刊，影响因子2-15之间.帮老板审稿30多篇，含
CNS数篇，但也就是帮忙而已，
没有什么证据显示自己参与了这个过程（当然可以要求老板写个证明）。
另外，老板是某个杂志的editor，但其实所有关于该杂志的事情（文章是否送审、大/
小改、接收等）全部是由我
负责的，但这个，似乎也不能给别人乱说吧，当幕后劳模了。。。

信。。。
在推荐信里，我先谈了我的2个major scientific contribution （根据我发表过的文
章写的）， 最后一部分才写到为他们zuoreviewer的事情。。。把草稿发给这位编辑，
他回复说我讲的那2个contribution都是具体的细节，他说移民局如果到时候找他
verify的时侯 ， 他没办法证明。
他说只能给我证明关于做review的那部分。。。这样意味着关于我的contribution，
在推荐信里能说的也就几句general comment。。。这样是不是没什么用了？
大家觉得我再争取一下会让他觉得我太逼他不？ 我是想，把我发表的2个文章（都是关
于我之前推荐信里吹的2个贡献的）发给他，把要点highligh出来，帮助他verify我说
的都是真的。。。
如果这样他也不同意的话，我就少个独立推荐人了。。。目前我一共4个独立的推荐，
如果少了这个，就只有3个。。。大家一般都有至少4个才够吗？
还有个问题，独立推荐人能用中国的教授之类的吗，还是用其他国家的更妥当？

文章：英文8 （1作4），impact factor 3.x - 7.x，中文7篇，book chapter 2篇（
elsevier)
引用：总共83 = 英文56 + 中文27。偏应用，增加太慢。
审稿：40多次，impact factor 0 - 5.x
文章有被highligh说superior to other methods.有email问技术问题和reprint，但是
没有引用。

print，同时给了网络链接。
Web of Knowledge 给了每篇的引用文章信息列表。
后来因为RFE的原因，我又挑选了70多篇引用我工作的文章文章，打印了首页，
highligh讨论我工作的部分，和文献页。 |

想和大家分享一些经验，前人说过很多次的无需再赘述，说说我感受的一些点吧：
1. 别急着动笔，磨刀不误砍柴功。先把版上的帖子都看一遍，越多越好，我当时把RFE
版1000多个帖子都看了一遍，大概知道什么该扩展说什么不该说，也知道该从那些方便
去挖掘亮点。然后写一个大纲，把我打算address的点都写下来，按照authorship，
review，contribution。之后再动笔写信，争取cover住所有想address的内容，因为听
说有的IO不怎么看PL,有的不怎么看RL，最好PL和RL信息重叠。写的时候基本一气呵成
，可以把吹的比较夸张的放在比较熟悉比较nice的人的信里，一些background介绍杂志
牛或者研究领域重要的话放在不怎么熟悉的人的信里。

隧道地下还有信号，后来来boston自己买了一个，虽然是refurbished的但是效果不错
。我原来的Garmin，开机5分钟都找不到信号，让人抓狂。这个maestro在家里都能找到
7颗卫星信号，都是>33%的。就是型号太老，屏幕分辨率太低，4.7"的才320X240，还有
highlighed的街道用绿色，猪脑袋！
