近年来随着PLoS ONE这艘超级航母的成功打造，开放存取(Open Access)更多地进入了
人们的眼球，免费阅读下载全文文献的时代已经来临，当然这种方式对于读者来说，是
相当幸福的，但对于发表在OA期刊上的原文作 者来说，确实付出了一些代价，如PLoS
ONE对于中国大陆的作者收取版面费标准为1350美元每篇，这在所有国际期刊中，是一
个比较高的数额了。
除了PLoS ONE外，还有众多OA期刊，下面为大家推荐一些常用OA期刊检索系统：

我前一阵看好了一个房子，这月初offer被接受了，
上周一inspection，没发现什么大问题，
然受上周四我sign了remove inspection and buyer's own investigation
contingency，
现在还在办loan和等appraisal什么的。
但是上周我才发现房子110米远的地方有高压线，虽然不影响景观，
刚开始想想也就忍了，我的agent让我签remove contingency的时候我也没仔细看就签
了，
可是后来越想越不能看到很多的研究，尤其是下面这个，

可是我不知道现在还能不能walk away？会有什么损失？不会被sue吧？
另外有一点是我没有交deposit (earnest money），递offer的时候只是写了一张支票
