Lake Rd，北上Panorama Rd，西沿Elkhorn Rd开了一圈，包括里面的Simmler Rd和

后来在Citi-data上找到了很类似的也同样是在剑桥工作的美国人的帖子和问题，基本
上找到了我想要了解的，就把原帖子删了。Citi-data上的Needham居民们最本Town的各
方面基本上赞不绝口。
我们目前的一个Concern是貌似Needham 的小学Rating参差不齐。北面Needham Height
的Hillside和 Eliot只有6-8分，明显低于南面Needham Center的 Broadmeadow和
Mitchell。我们最近在去Hillside区看到几个很不错的房子，但是Citi-data的帖子里
提到Hillside小学年久失修建议尽量避开。楼主能否提供一些这方面的信息？多谢。 |

外洲车和驾照。
在9w south上，往hillside ave 右拐时，由于右边的shoulder太宽，以为右边的
shoulder是右拐lane。在红灯时，从右边shoulder绕过前面的两三辆车，往右拐了（没
有no turn on red的sign）。
距离这个路口0.8mile的地方有个shoulder for emergency use only的sign，很隐蔽，
路本身有点弯，而且旁边还有很多树枝（我拐的时候这个sign已经在我背后了),所以根
本没有看到。
在9w上，另外两个可以右拐的路口都有专门的右拐lane （转去Closter Dock Rd 和W
Clinton Ave的两个路口）。第一次走hillside就被抓了。给了个improper passing的
ticket，好像有四点还是五点来着。

年代星巴克兴起，挤掉了好多个体户，然后咖啡店就被统一了！

11：30的时候参加了Taliesin的Hillside Tour，一路听了无数Wright的八卦:-)
Taliesin是Wright开办的建筑学校的名字（能授予硕士学位的正规大学），是个
boarding school，还有一个分校在Arizona。5-10月暖和的时候，学生们就回到
Wisconsin，而漫长的冬天，他们则在Arizona的沙漠里度过。
导游真好，给我们介绍了很多知识，而我印象最深的就是：建筑学首先属于理科，其次
才是艺术或者其他~ Hillside的几处大厅都采用无房梁结构以扩大内部面积，屋顶的所
有重量全部通过倒三角支架转移到边角的几根石柱上，而且支架和石柱之间的接触面非
常小。还有外面的一个Windmill，瘦瘦高高。因为这一带风非常大，当时没有人相信这
个Windmill能survive风暴。但是Wright说，他在对着最强劲风的西南方向设计了一个
角度，能刚好化解风的力气，把风力发散开去，他说他的Windmill至少可以呆25年。当
地的农民每次Storm过后都要来看这个玩意倒了没有^-^ 可是直到现在，Windmill仍然
