开玩笑，说够娃和奶爸一起吃了。
现在和娃爸的意见分歧：
1）因为剖腹产，包括担心赌奶，加上网上看到大家说一开始不能大补，所以我在医院
吃了几天后，现在回家，希望吃清淡的，多喝水，结果娃爸说建议我少喝水。说这样的
奶质量不高。
2）我产奶高，他说质量不高。因为没吃大补的东西。建议吃大补的东西，比如排骨。
3）现在乳房还没通，我天天在这边揉，希望能顺，他表示不理解。觉得等着娃吸就够
了。可是娃才吃3分之一。（我知道娃还没吃到hind奶）。可是我现在还都没通呢。他
又觉得我浪费奶，如果我在这边揉，希望通奶。
新妈想问问大家的意见。怎么交流呢。

多人母乳喂养失败就是现代人老是认为孩子没有吃饱，然后Formula追加打破了天然平
衡，最后母乳越来越少。
你的情况是一开始就追加了配方，因为孩子有饥饿性黄疸。这是保护孩子。 你的供需
平衡可能打破了，最好早期就建立回来，一个办法就是让他狠狠的吸，或者在每次他吃
完奶以后，用Pump刺激Hind奶的产生，一般一两天就追上去了。所以你要明白你的产量
很快就可以上来的。饿不着孩子。但是如果你一直这样心里上担心放不下，有可能会导
致一直混合威严，或者不注意导致母乳喂养失败。混合喂养也没啥错，我个人是喜欢全
母乳喂养。
另外，我认为你有问题的话最好是打电话咨询母乳喂养Center，（你出院的时候应该有

不太好很常见，如果你参加一些婴儿按摩课程你会体会到很多按摩流派不一样但是都必
须有强调胃肠道按摩和瑜伽。
那个按摩肚子部分，就是以肚脐为中心，按照顺时针方向按摩，还有瑜伽部分腿部压肚
子旋转大腿，四肢做蝴蝶旋转，这几个动作都是帮助胃肠道蠕动的，还有让孩子躺着腿
蹬自行车旋转运动也是的。所以做熟练了，对孩子肯定是有帮助的。
我觉得刚吃饱不好这么运动吧。你可以在孩子吃完奶一个小时左右后，把其他步骤省略
了，直接做这几个动作，并不需要太多时间，应该可以Handle。
另外，我建议直接胸喂， 头两天用棒奶器（电动那种）吸Hind奶，就是孩子吃完后再
刺激母乳分泌两三天提高产量。然后转换为全母乳。逐渐由孩子的需求来确定你的产量
。民间所谓的刺激奶分泌的这个大餐那个大餐都没有用，只要你吃足够的热卡，喝足够
的水，就能够产足够的奶。想想看，一个营养充足的母亲可以养活双胞胎呢！
如果孩子还是睡不好，再坚持一个多月，可以Sleep training。有的儿科医生说2-4个

下的不管了，那这个医学早就Sue死了。
如果你要说把一句话说成是绝对的，肯定容易让人挑漏眼，好比说1加1绝对等于二，马
上就会有人跳出来说错了。
当然还受到情绪的影响，睡眠的影响，工作辛苦程度的影响，还有孩子加了辅食后的影
响。
我很高兴的是，American Acadamy Of Pediatrics还能根据这个理论倡导新生儿No
Bottles。还有一种情况，孩子那几天生病状态吸允减少，等等因素如果导致母体母乳
产出减少，能够根据这个理论提出让Pump刺激Hind奶来促进奶的产生（人工模拟婴儿吸
允和需求），一般一两天能够有效，也就是这个理论指导下的成果，挽救了很多母乳喂
养差点走向失败的例子。如果没有这个理论的指导，发生了使用配方奶进一步破坏天然
平衡，自然导致母乳喂养更加靠近失败一步。
有些先进的州还把医院妇产科的Formula给撤除了，除非有疾病状况和母亲简介请求再使
用，来限制这个现代病的发生。
所以，如果这个理论只是Cover了大多数人，还忽略了少数人，等着这写Clinic被起诉
