我觉得宗教层面对老印族群抱团也是很大的..
这种少数民族靠宗教抱团,取得各方面成就的最成功的,当推犹太人
印度人有不少信HINDU , 信HINDU的老印一开始聚集后, 就会开始找地方变成HINDU
TEMPLE, 这个TEMPLE是一个具有宗教/社交功能的场所,
不少人从HINDU TEMPLE 找到各种工作,商业的上线靠山,
而个地的小HINDU TEMPLE间彼此也有连系, 每隔一阵子,
个地的小HINDU TEMPLE就会找个大地方聚集, 人脉的类积会有级数的增长,
HINDU 在老印族群抱团中, 扮演很强的角色,
这种宗教的连系是从无神论的祖国来的人所不了解也欠缺的,
老印的HINDU TEMPLE运作模式对在美国去华人基督教会的老中是一点都不陌生的,
美国华人教会,都俱有HINDU TEMPLE的功能,
有人会说, 老中抱团找组织,为何要去参加华人基督教会,
参加中文学校/小社团/买卖提也可以有相同的功能, 的确,是有不少在美的老中从中

还种姓制度,狗屁啊,现在种姓还在,但是已经和美国一样,都AA了. 低种姓的成绩不好也
可以上大学,高种姓的要成绩很好才可以. 这个你不知道吧.
印度人的确分好多,他们各地方也有自己的语言,但他们一个共同点就是宗教,大部分人
相信hindu,hindi和英文是公认的语言. 有一部分是锡克教.和但Hindu差不是很多. 信
仰hindu的不崇尚暴力.倒是边上的巴基斯坦因为相信木虱吝,所以比较暴力. 看每次印

能。它首先不需要任何场地，不需要准备，装备，随时随地都能做一些，比跳绳都方便
。他还很高效， 比如在你保证速度和form的情况下，用1.5分钟做100个，身体是无氧
代谢， 可以非常方便的作hiit。
我觉得hindu squat最大的优点是对呼吸和肺功能的练习，练习的"focal point"也应该
在呼吸上。它用的是自然呼吸法，1 reps一呼吸，呼吸节奏和动作协调，下蹲肺部压缩
呼气，起身肺部扩张吸气。 这种呼吸法和一般squat是相反的。自然呼吸法可以很大提
升无氧耐力，明显的例子是swing,你用gs style swing要比hardstyle的reps要多得多。
hindu squat最大的问题是枯燥，你完全可以用更高效的snatch和clean jerk去替代，
但不是所有人都有条件去做这些的.也可以和其他运动掺合一起做hiit,比如跳绳200,

穆斯林用阿拉伯字母拼写Hindu语言，改名为乌尔都语，其实是一个语言
当然，经过巴基斯坦五十多年的去印度化，如今乌尔都语和Hindu语言词汇有了一些差
别，乌尔都语的阿拉伯借词多。但是还是能互相听懂的。

比如Hindu，一般信印度教的只有印度人（基本可以说99%的Hindu都是印度人），美国
印度人由于移民限制，大多都是高技术移民才有机会移民，直接导致印度移民文凭较高
，也造成Hindu信徒文凭高。如果开放印度移民，信Hindu的不要说绝大多数没有
college degree，文盲估计都要到80%。同理Catholic文凭低也是拜拉美偷渡客所赐。
同理有些美国调查发现，中非的移民中位收入最高，而且获得博士的百分比最大。这不
是中非人有什么了不起，而是只有这些人文化很高的特殊中非人才有比较好机会移民。
华人稍微好点，家属移民的成分还比较大，但是也不反映全球华人的情况。要是放开移
民限制，美国华人的各方面统计估计比劳模也差不多。 |

Wendy Doniger 写了一本书，书名是：
The Hindus: An Alternative History
这本书挺厚的，我也没时间看，还是挺好奇的。
这本书在印度被封禁，Publisher: Penguin Press HC
这是世界最CLASSICAL的出版商了吧，在印度的Penguin
子公司被迫收回所有的COPY，这只是一本学术论著。
这种所有发行的书被收回还是非常罕见的。
不知道是否有人知道这回事，这本书，根据评论，就是
涉及某些宗教之。。。。学者对某宗教是研究性质的，
但是却亵渎了婆罗门，把婆罗门描绘成好色的本性。。。
把印度教描绘成利用女性和动物的低等宗教。
我不觉得这是作者的本意，作者就是从西方文明的角度
看待一个古老的东西吧。
究竟印度教是什么，我其实也不知道，每个人都可以选择
自己所相信的东西。而一本书也不是焚烧就能禁止的，
毕竟我们已经在INTERNET时代了，什么东西都可以流行的。

标 题: 今天陪老板去作孕检 结果出事了！
今天老板让我陪她去医院作孕检 医院还蛮远的 高速要开三四十迈
去的时候还好 孕检也蛮顺利的 回来的时候出事了
为了做一项血检 老板在医院喝了不少水
因为下午有seminar 老板没来得及上厕所 我们就往回开了
路上老板表情异样 我想是估计是要pee 就直接问了 老板的脸刷的就红了
我赶紧开了GPS找厕所 最近的还有20几迈
只好找了一个僻静的路边 我停下来 打了双闪
老板下车去路边林子解决问题了
万万没想到 一部警车pass by 以为我们车坏了好心 停下来问
我傻乎乎地说车没事 就是方便一哈
胖警察一个箭步就冲进林子 把老板拎出来了
还上了手铐！！！！！
胖警察说public urinating要罚五百块 外加一天jail time。
老板被拎上了警车后座
上车前幽怨地望了我一眼 -- 也可能是恶毒地。。。
我因为下午有seminar 只好先自己开车回学校了。
也不知道老板现在怎么样了

最讨厌尼玛兜售什么教了。
何况你对印度人根本不了解。
印度人团结和什么教派根本没关系。
印度内部的区分比中国厉害的多，好多地区的语言完全不同。 宗教除了hindu外也还要
好几个。但印度人就是牛到一旦出来后只要是印度人就能团结，不管是信穆斯林的还是
信hindu的，都是一致对外。人家的策略是互相帮助抱团，互惠互利。华人以为自己天
下第一聪明，但聪明反被聪明误，就会打自己的小算盘，对同胞华人也是能利用就利用
，根本不当回事。所以跑到美国这么久除了收入比老黑劳模高很多，还是比不上印度人
。华人的传统文化不改，这个趋势就不可能改变。 |

话说组里就有一个南印度的, 一天跟他聊印度的语言问题, 他说他们地区不是说hindu(
貌似这么写的?), 之前说要全国普及hindu,他们抵制, 他话里意思是, 妈的北方那帮傻
逼说的话, 干嘛要我们南方的学! 哈哈哈
我没搞清楚到底是南方种姓高还是北方, 但是这个南方哥们是真心不错, 一直尽心尽力
带我, 另外一个烙印就不行了, 仇视中国... |

教的. 而且有的可能也不是印度人. |
