下hint，不然更差）。
我现在用15"的1920x1200（~150dpi)习惯了，看大monitor上的PDF觉得很糊。 |

老碰到 eclipse (not responding)。另外 CDT 的 bug 挺多。context hint 时
灵时不灵。当某一行有 2+ function / macro 的时候，ctrl-click 只对第一个
有效。另外 function 的 param hint 没 VS 2008 好，有跟没有差不多，搞得俺
老得 alt-tab 。还有 C/C++ project 的文件 list 不是很好用。 |

完全declare type太麻烦，影响可读性，没有的话，静态类型检查就不方便了。也许少
量的type hints 是一个折中。

一般不用它做discovery,只能用于验证，或者candidate approach.
流程如下：
1.如果我要找的TF，或experimentally有点hint在mouse, human,rat等都conserve
那么我就在conserved region找conserved promoter region
UCSC genome.ucsc.edu
2.还是用TESS,或者原来的Transfac
google transfac，transfac是德国哥廷根大学bioinfo系主任wingande拉了一些做
motif识别的人搞的，一般就用他们的academia version.
他们有个收费的professional version，号称有很多实验
验证过的数据，穷人没用过。

这个把transfac前几版本的数据库都包括了，可用。
找出一些candidate之后，再到UCSC里面去看，现有有一些Ch-IP的data available,再
