On June 1 2011, China’s Baoxiang Bai (in photo at right) won the 32nd World
Amateur Go Championship (WAGC) with a triumphant clean sweep of 8 wins.
South Korea’s Woo Soo Choi finished in second place with an impressive 7
wins – losing only to Bai in round 5. Arguably, Bai’s match with Choi in

东芝周二称，考虑就去年旗下西屋收购美国核电业务提列数千亿日元的商誉减值损失。
股价连续两日大跌，今日更是暴跌20%触及熔断。
东芝去年12月通过其美国核能子公司西屋电气(Westinghouse)以2.29亿收购从事核电站
建设业务的石伟公司(Chicago Bridge & Iron，CB&I)的核工程业务。从那时起，东芝
便将核业务视作其盈利支柱之一。
东芝周二宣布，考虑在2016财年（截至2017年3月）年报中就美国的核电业务计提千亿
日元规模的一次性损失，亏损额还可能进一步扩大。
该费用主要源于东芝和CB&I之间悬而未决的争议。在此前收购交易完成时，CB&I就以该
交易中的营运资本计算方法控告西屋，即如何计算两个延迟的美国和项目的流动资金和
负债，因为这部分成本已经巨额膨胀。
东芝在声明中表示，“西屋发现，完成美国项目的成本将远远超出此前的预计，这将导
致资产资产价值远低于原先确定的水平，从而导致收购价中的商誉将远超于2015年12月
预计的8700万美元的水平。”因此考虑减记。
