and blacks. I don't see any white or asian people there.
The blacks there look like immigrants from South America, they look quite
different (though not physically, but culturally) from blacks in Newark.
When I was in Paterson, I thought I were in some kind of a high-crime rate,
inner city of Brazil. |

treatment for Hispancis never had the moral support from the general public.

It is quite dilemma for most of us.
Given that Supreme Court Justices' ages, there will be a last fight in the
next few years and then, the ruling will hold for a long time (20 years).
Consequently, my feeling is that Hispanc vote will be irrelevant for quite a
long time. |
