个照，到此一游吗？
后来硬着头皮陪 LD 去。顺道去了不少 state park、national monument、national
historic site。才发觉不简单。
National Park 就不说了，许多地方是很壮美的。许多地方开车不能到，只能步行。有
的要步行数小时。有的地方很险，我真的很担心摔下去。但 LD 和娃们居然一点也不在
乎。经历艰辛，到达目的地。看到的壮美景观，不可言喻。这跟看电视旅游节目不一样
。亲身经历之后，有一种“会当凌绝顶，一览众山小”的征服感。
有一些 historic site 很冷门。譬如这个夏天，我们去了 Nicodemus historic site
。冷门到什么程度？四个小时，Visitor Center 就只有我们一家人。按国人的标准，
那个地方没什么“景点”，根本不值得去。但如果静心地去聆听、观察，会明白为什么
这是一个 historic site。明白为什么在南北战争之后，黑人仍然要从东岸长途迁徙西
岸。

其实我觉得初中差一点可以忍受，因为实在不行就去私立，只有三年，也没有高中那么
贵。小学差去私立钱就比较多了。进公立高中还不就是省钱么。虽说小学对孩子的影响

也就是现在的金钉国家历史纪念点（Golden Spike National Historic Site） 我们的
祖先为美国的经济发展做出了巨大的贡献。
当年打下最后一颗金钉的是中国人， 但是没有一个中国人在当时庆祝东西铁路修筑成
功的相片里。这段历史被抹杀了。
为了纪念我们的祖先， 为了让我们的后代永远记住这段历史， 由美华协会（UOCA）和
著名摄影师Corky Lee发起， 犹他州十多个亚裔组织参与， 我们将在五月十号星期六

1）Auditing 主要、或者全部是针对Financial Statement来说的。其遵循的原则是
Statement of Auditing Standard(SAS)。因为auditing观点的assurance是最高级别的
。所以就financial statement而言，其过程是最复杂而且格式也是最为严格的。而且
审计的观点一般是没有限制用处的。
２）就financial statement 而言，低一级别的审查就是Review. Review服务遵循的原
则就是statement of standard for accounting and review service (SSARS).Review
的assurance就是所谓的limited assurance or negative assurance. 所以在review
服务的报告里，要表明CPA是Disclaimer Opinion的。而且用I am not aware of any
material modification ...放在结论部分。

在纽约市上公校的学生们以后不用为功课难发愁了。教育局想出了好办法。再不用担心
数学不好或者阅读太差了。再按照纽约时报指示，不送孩子去补习班，以后孩子们个个
都是当议员的料。不是无脑投猪党，又有小孩但没钱读私校的还是尽快搬吧。至于华左
川黑们，希望你们坚定你们的信仰，守在纽约市，不要背叛革命，搬出去祸害其他地方
。希望华左川黑们在这种教育下多培养几个人权斗士，培养几个议员出来。加州纽约，

龚恆路对遭到哈佛拒绝一直无法释怀，也念念不忘美国顶尖名校亚裔学生愈来愈多，使
