司耍了一把，没升职成功。比他低级的员工剽窃了他的创意而上位。他还欠了高利贷的

妻子打电话，一边急切地奔往回家的路上。

发帖数: 26 | 7 我在学校停车场找车位时剐蹭了另一辆停着的车的后保险杠。
我的车右侧车轮上面略有些变形，没有掉漆，那辆车的后保险杠上有了两道划痕。我当
时没有带笔，所以就把车停在了事故车旁边，然后去office拿笔，准备留条。这期间有
几个目击者报了警，说我逃逸，警察局就在200 feet远的地方，所以不到10分钟警察就
来了，打电话把我和事故车主都叫来了。说我“Careless Driving + Hit and Run”，
前者交126块钱罚款扣4分，损失由保险公司赔付（约200元），而后者则要上法庭对簿
公堂。
现在法庭传票都来了，而且似乎Hit and Run是很严重的。我现在很着急，因为下周就
要出庭，不知道会有什么后果。我并没有把车开走，这也算是Hit-and-Run吗？ |

AMT的改动可不是一点，提高了exemption, 提高phase out threshold, 使得hit AMT
的概率大大降低，简单用excel列个表马上就能看出来。
它为什么要造谣或者是死不承认呢？还不是因为这是川普及共和党推动的呗。

上并不说分别计算取大的那个，而是真的会算出来一个AMT tax放在那儿的。虽然那个

以前我的车在parking lot被hit&run， 我不在现场，从商店出来后，看见车玻璃上有
其他人留下下了跑了的车的牌号码，但那人并没有留下他自己的联系电话，所以实际上
也没有证人
到警察局报案，一个警察大妈了解情况后， 说没问题， 我说没证人，如果对方不承认
怎么办， 大妈说我去一咋唬他就肯定招了。

事情是这样的：
星期二开了mini van去接小孩。开出来的时候转弯，可能当时太挤，不小心刮到停在路
边的一辆车。当
时可能也太慌了，因为两边车都排长队等我开进去，加上我是新手。所以我当时没有注
意就直接开走
了。大概2个小时左右后，警察找上门了，说他有witness说我hit and run 了。然后他
给我做
report的时候问我车上还有没有其他人，我说有几个小孩子。然后他可能觉得有小孩
involve会比较
麻烦吧 就说我说不说还有其他人 他不care，然后我想想说那就写只有我一个人吧，警
察就写我是唯一
的一个人在车里。现在问题是，警察给我开的citation不是一般的civil violation，

i got hit and run once, and called police, they told me that they will NOT
and can NOT find out who did it.
your insurance company can't do anything either. you will have to pay the
deductible if you want to claim.
What we have learned? Next time you hit someone's car, just leave as
quickly as you can. |
