Trevino. Ben Hogan 好象是switter(swinger+hitter), 因为他用3只右手release。
Hitters的一个特点是release 时靠右臂从曲到直提供power,and release down the
target line. 球有fade/slice的倾向。我最近为了防hook,尝试了一下hitter的打法，
结果打的好时是fade,不好时就slice,而且距离近了，另一个副作用是打一会右臂就很
酸，倒是个很好的workout。现在还是打算改回原来的swinger的打法了。Google了一下
，看到了一个关于swing and hit的很有意思的说法，说两者是effortless power vs.
powerless effort.不知大家有没有试过这两种不同的swing. |

托TBS的福，看到了Millwood的最后三个outting,晚上又看了重播，
今天就来谈谈感想。
Millwood是我比较熟悉的投手，以前看Braves的比赛就比较多，去年和
今年他又在我的fantasy队里效力。以前他排在Maddux, Glavine和
Smoltz后面，今年转到Phillies担任头号先发。许多人预测他不一定
适应新球场，新球队和No.1 SP的角色，今年前几场球他的发挥有好有坏，
不过这场球面对NL排名第一的Giants,他的表现只能用一个词形容--
brilliant!!!
大概说下比赛进程，开始不太顺利，leadoff walk了一个，不过慢慢他
就找回了感觉，第一二局有点shakey，一个界外球差一点就是homerun
了，好在裁判的strike zone比较大，他的high strike |

I use a new driver, tM rbz, compared to my old r5. my ball flights much
higher.
I am making full shoulder turn.
My arms are a little stronger.
Today I played one round. My average off tee (driver) is about 300 yards, I
estimated.
Two weeks ago, I played with two guys who were long hitter I used to think
so. Now I am hitting further than one guy, similar to the other one.

happens to be really bad. Of course that is just an opinion.
There are five basic strategies when there is a runner on 3rd and less than
2 outs (1-0 doesn't matter much). Provided its a tie game or you are down by
one.
The riskiest is the suicide squeeze. This is a decent percentage play, but

不能太差，因为要打比赛，有好线会很顺手。如果对发球机练习，我基本4，5次就会打
断一根线，应该是6到10小时的样子。好在我自己穿线，用的是最简单便宜的穿线机：
KlipperUSA。线也是一买一卷，大约有14，5 根，这样总体就便宜多了。

黄色线，硬如铁丝，穿线时把手指会搞痛。 对球的弹射力很强，也很耐用，就是贵了
些。也曾经在ebay上买过RPM的线，结果那线年代太久，没弹力，打上一两次居然在十
字交叉出有多出裂开。和买家交涉，给我换了ProHurricane，但也是很久的线，打球没
弹力。因此我基本不在ebay上买了，从网上的公司订购，质量服务有保障。

here. What happens is that a LH hitter cannot see the pitch from a
LH hitter as well as one from a RH hitter. The response time is less
because of these few inches, and that makes a difference.
For Ryan Howard, he is at his best when he can consistently hit to
the opposite field, which means he stays on the pitch a split second
more. He is not doing this this year, however.

longer hitter (4-5 shots to green): 330 drive, 300 3wood, 300, 300, optional
1 wedge, 2 putts
medium hitter drive 280, 3wood 260, shot by 50 on driver, 40 on 3wood, 45 *
4 = gain 180 - 200 yard by long hitter. short hitter is substantially
disadantaged...
then driver 20 yards longer would make great difference...

择。
上次在SUNOL，17 洞 279 PAR4，我用DRIVER 球在GREEN上bounce走了，轻松一切，2推
我哥们，LONG HITTER， 选择不用DRIVER，用3HYBRID，在TEE BOX上同组其他两个不认
识的，都说他SHOWOFF，因为我哥们说不能用DRIVER，太近。结果，他3HYBRID PIN
HIGH，一切，一推，抓鸟 （他推杆比我好很多）
你讲的怎么样在场上避开你的弱项，选择不用打50-70是很可以理解的，这是好的
course management, namely, manage your own game. 因为各个人不一样，打的方法
也不一样。
但是，一般来说，LONG HITTER 优势还是太明显了。比如你说的280yard外的green，
要是开230，还有50-70，那不是更难受。想想，520的PAR5，你开了280，还剩下240，
一般情况下，你会开120，留120，还是攻到果岭附近？

1 控制，和对手打service box，打比分。站在service box后面。
2 控制，和对手打cross court，打比分，保证feed质量，从第一次有效回球开始
3 控制，和对手打长球，不能落在service box里面的界内有效，从第一次有效回球
开始，打比分。
4 步伐，两个人，有一个feeder站在底下中间，背向网，拿10个球，向左边右边依次
抛。hitter站在中间，面对网，击完球后回到中央等下一个球。hitter左边的球击正
手，右边的球反手击，先都打cross court，然后可以练其他的，主要是步伐。
feeder要等hitter回到中间开始抛球，尽量抛到hitter要跑动，但是也可以够到的
地方。都是底线球。
看看每次能成功击中目标几个，另外就是时间是不是越来越快，或者可以跑动范围越来
越大。
5 volley和reflection，和对手站在service box里面，人不能出service box，
不能lob。如果难度太大可以打半个，比如对角的service box。

前面两章介绍了棒球比赛中每个位置的名称以及裁判和教练的功能，作用和比赛的场地
。今天进入最精彩的部分――比赛过程！
第一局（inning）开始，主队先进场防守，客队先进攻。在每个半场，当进攻方出现三
人出局（Out）时。该半场结束，攻防双方互换。进攻方球员按照击球手顺序表（
BATTING ORDER）依此出场，站在图片中投手和捕手之间的打击格内，一般来说击球手
有右手击球(Right Hitter)，左手击球(Left Hitter)和左右开弓的(Switch Hitter)。
所以在附图中大家会看到打击格有两个：右打者打击格和左打者打击格。当轮到的打击
手站上打击格时，击球手顺序表中排在下一位出场的击球手就在附图中下方的打击准备
区（On-Deck Circle）热身，一样有左打右打的区别。在一般情况下，如果防守方的投

hitter和pitcher比起来，比赛多，consistancy好，也不容易受伤。
内野(不算一垒)除了Arod,chipper,alomar以外，
其他象jeter,nomar,IRod,piazza,
放到外野不过就是二流水准，
外野手能上4个(包括Utility),位置足够，
所以与其选这些大名鼎鼎的infielder,不如挑些数字高的一流外野。
既然定了hitter优先的原则，第一轮ARod就是no-brainer.
后面的都是两个picks连在一起，所以第一个我总是拖到最后几秒才挑，
可以多些时间考虑，结果这个做法造成了惨重损失。
第二轮到了下半段偶本来很高兴，剩下的牛人很多，
结果没想到rivera,alomar,bagwell,abreu连续被挑走，
fire又是毫不犹豫选了hudson,弄的偶时间很紧张。
二，三轮两个pick一个订了shawn green,还有一个正在考虑，
结果时间到了，yahoo直接把偶queue上的最后一名ryan klesko塞给我。

Jason Werth, or DLee for this matter. But I have to think that hitters need
to swing at 2-0 pitch or 3-1 pitch, especially 3-1 pitch because it is almos
t certain it is a good pitch to hit. And I believe statistically hitters ha
ve highest hitting average at 3-1.
Now, I probably would not call a hitter who gets a 3-1 count a free-swinger
at the first place. :) |

？呵呵。虽然实际大联盟比赛应该不会出现switch-pitcher（俺孤陋寡闻，如果有过请
告诉我），但规则应该是考虑周全，为这种情况做个准备把。

to come. I cannot think of another CS/WS series that features
these many top of the rotation pitchers. If we think Halladay/
Oswalt/Hamels trio is good, for the month of September and
the postseason, the Giants trio (Lincecum/Cain/Sanchez) was
actually BETTER. They were the reason why Giants can overcome
a 7-game deficit and eventually won NLW. Not only this, the Giants
trio had a combined sub 2 ERA in season series against Phillies.

When Napoli was with LAA, he was a low avg mistake hitter with lots of
power. If you make a mistake, he will hit a homer. With LAA, he was a
dead pull hitter, never went the other way, that’s why his AVG is in the

is mental and control. Even in his no hitter, he allowed something like
10 walks. I think it was a record for a no-hitter with most walks.
NL suits him better. It is good knowing that there is an automatic out
on deck. lol. Moving away from Yankees and AL East certainly help as
well.
I am hoping that bucs can make the playoffi this year. That will be sweet. |
