friend， on purpose，缘由不祥。她的朋友大哭。没有scratch，没有受伤。
问她也是问不出个所以来。很懊恼地说不要做“她”的friend了。
现在答应周一过去道歉。但是好似也是很明白道歉的真正含义。
这个星期确实发现她有hit 父母的倾向，以前从来没有过的。

“如果保险是全保的话，crime是没有deductible的，起码我的保险是这样（TD），我
理解这个应该是通用的规则，但这只是我的理解，不知实际情况如何。”

的损失在法律规定的条款下给你个最低处罚，但这并不表明法官必须这么做。当然，在
纽约也许没有驾照生活也不受什么大影响，可你来西部州试试没有驾照的滋味。去个最
近的超市走路得走半小时，公交车半小时一趟，周末一小时一趟，如果你想碰运气在驾
照suspend的情况下开车（会允许你开车上下班和去买生活必需品，去教会等等），被
警察拦下等着你的就是驾照吊销并坐牢。

今天发生的一件事让我非常的愧疚和遗憾。
当时我在三车道中间那条。突然我发现要右转。急忙右转的时候听到后面急刹车和碰撞
的声音。
我转了以后慢慢停下，看到有辆车停到了路口，似乎就是我后面的车。
然后我发现自己停在了bus专用位，于是挪了一下，然后再看，那车好像走了。于是我
也走了。
感到非常非常的对不起那位司机。

本人在匹兹堡，车被撞了，肇事者跑了，现在准备卖给废车厂。车是Toyota Corolla
2001,自动挡，窗自动，cd，abs。车是半夜被一辆truck从后面撞上，推到前面的truck
上。现在车尾左灯被撞毁，车头被压，保险杠和车灯毁了，但是引擎外观完好，车内部
也完好。有车场报价600，哪位朋友能提供点估价建议？谢谢了！ |

部长私事外出自己开车，没有用专用司机，不错。
不管是私家车还是公务车，只是lexas, 不错。
hit and run之后，马上新闻就到处都是了，没有掩盖，不错。
警方已经cite, 等着da做决定，警方没有包庇，不错。
至于部长hit & run, 看起来的确像是病了，不能控制自己行为，
否则在美国几乎人人都有汽车保险，用不到run的。
即使这位老兄保险过期忘了续了，也犯不着为几个小钱而run.
在美国发生车祸并不影响声誉。小布什的老婆曾经撞死她的初恋男友，
也没影响她成为总统夫人。 |

LD今天在图书馆门口停好车后进到图书馆看书。出来的时候发现车停在了后面一排的停
车位。应该是车的手刹有问题，车自己后退到了后排停车位，和另外一辆车紧紧地靠着
。LD当时很奇怪车怎么自己换了位置。LD没有发现有damage，就开车走了。
过了半小时，有个警察给家里打电话，问是不是LD开着车来过图书馆。告诉我通知LD去
警察局一下。我们来到警察局，警察说有证人看到我们的车自己慢慢的往后退，擦到了
后面的那辆车。两辆车里当时都没有人。警察说这只是一个很平常的accident。但是我
看他给开的ticket上在misdemeanor 上划了一个X，上面还有hit and run的字样。警察
说LD没有给旁边那辆车留个Notice或者等车主来；还让LD 5月份去出庭。

收入会开始hit AMT啊？
为什么我2014年没有买房, hit amt.
2015年买房了，而且w2收入还涨了一点，结果没有amt.
都是用turbotax算的。
还有区别是2014 married filed separately.
2015 filed single, 因为离婚了。
难道这就是传说中的marriage penalty ?!?! |

州税可以itemize deduct
就是说你交了1万块州税，就可以在算联邦税把income减掉1万块。
但是算amt的时候这1万块是不能减去的。导致你州税交的越多越容易hit Amt
但是你减掉的州税并不是你今年实交的州税，而是你今年预交的州税+/-你去年多交/补
交的州税。因为实交州税是从联邦税里算出来的。
所以你可以一年猛交州税，狂交amt，第二年不hit amt。因为要把去年退的州税减掉。
这个是我的一种理论推测，自己从没亲身试验过。如果能准确预估每年收入，这么干应
该是可以避掉一些税。不过预估收入太难了 |
