已经做了3个rotation了，我看classmates似乎没这样做的（原来我还以为正常，开始
纳闷了现在），我也是按照大家的惯例送感谢卡，而且往往staff都要给学生送卡。
说到这个感谢卡，还是instructor准备然后发放给我们的（汗一个～～）。我自己倒是
买了卡，送给了instructor，总不能拿她发给我们的卡再送给她吧……
跟你们比我们做得太差了！Hmmmmm，找个机会去串门儿，带堆东西过去……haha |

but speaking of process development for ADCs ph1->ph3->commercial, it is
all in protein analytical chemistry dept.
we handle small molecule part (the drug of ADCs)as well

You can PRACTICE pharmacy withut pharmacist license? is that against
pharamcy law?
Last time I checked the law book, you have to have license to practice,
regardless of PharmD or RPh.
When you mentioned tht you are doing "staff/clinic pharamcist",did you mean
you actually get involved with direct patient care, rounding with medical
team something like that? if so, pretty cool.
