近日得闲，竟然拾得机会与不远万里从德州来南加旅游的王工程师一家聚会用餐，相言
甚欢，聊及王工替他妈妈在房子里赶鸟的情形，不觉莞尔，光阴荏苒，相去已然二年矣。
到德州读书之前，我就在网上通过王工伉俪找到了正在出租房间的沈阿姨，250刀租了
她的一个房间。
于是三年前七月的某一天下午，我在一片知名的德州热浪中抵达了沈阿姨家中，甫一开
门，一股霉味便扑面而来，仔细观察一下，这个屋子恐怕是比我家还要糟糕的最差华人
住宅了。地毯已经完全看不到本色，上面有很多小强干枯的木乃伊，一楼的起居室里堆
满了衣服，客厅则是凌乱不堪，沙发上堆满了各式过期的中文杂志，墙角居然还有一个
鱼缸，几条半死不活的金鱼顽强地在墨色的水中挣扎。厨房更加恐怖，油腻的地上间或
有枯萎的菜叶和零星的香肠，龟裂的砧板上布满了辣椒仔，打开抽屉，里面列队欢迎的
是好几个社区的蟑螂。
好不容易见到沈阿姨本尊，只见她还围着餐馆的围兜，头发散乱，满身菜味，很凶恶地
要求我重复自己的问题，然后旋即离去，再次出现已经是深夜了，当我从睡梦中被楼下
的一片鼾声惊醒，下去探视，看见沈阿姨正睁大眼睛四脚朝天地躺在客厅沙发的中文杂

这个就象中国古代的土地问题一样. 房市要想发展, 就得先垮掉一次. 取消
subsidy, 房市reset, 就象以前改朝换代从新打土豪分田地一样. 要不然
