Total closing cost not to exceed $26,000
Commission not to exceed $13,000
Maximum allow to Jr. Lien Holdr $6000
Maximum allow to termite inspecion $500
Maximum allow to repair N/A (sold as is)
这样看银行批的closing cost还有$6500剩下。房主申请了FAMA就是说还能从政府拿￥
3000块（都是纳税人的钱啊）。我是不是可以申请一下几千块credit修房子?不是想占
什么便宜。这房子状况不怎么样。原房主装修都是弄到一半就不弄了。瓷砖铺一半。柜
子也一样。门少窗子也坏。电线。。。就不细说了。真要几千块修。当时银行是接受我
们offer后让我们签一个sold as is.不签也不行。另外我记得从法律上说，银行要不同
意这个要求我们仍然可以close.是这样的吗？ |

VANGUARD有一个ENERGY的FUND,但HOLD一年以上否则要扣1%.
