*)basement foundation walls 看到pour concrete 和hollow core block两种材料，
觉得pour concrete的更好，但是这个房子是hollow core block的。
想问问大家，hollow core block的有什么坏处，另外对以后再卖房，房子的value有什
么影响。
*)还有一个walk up basement,不是walk out,是walk up.就是地面上有个门，然后几节
台阶下到地下室，感觉很鸡肋，而且感觉不安全。这个住进去以后会不会有什么麻烦？

bus可以用MTA的月票，外加地铁月票一个月基本500多。每天commute会非常累。不过你
要住flushing进城大致也是这个时间。
Sleepy hollow介于tarrytown和ossising之间，算是个非常穷逼的地方，无数劳模窝在
那边，ossising是个无比有钱的地方，无数的庄园，附近有那著名的outlet,还有飞机
场，那边有个IBM的研究所，附近租个单间都要2000多的，由于sleepy hollow没快车，
所以大部份人都住在tarrytown。晚上进城的火车一到tarrytown就会上来无数衣着华丽
的女人，都是去曼哈顿夜玩的。 |

，Quail Hollow球场位于美国贝卡罗来纳州的夏洛特市,是PGA锦标赛中非常合格、非常
严谨的一个球场。
2005年的比赛中，球场的平均成绩是73.742杆，这也是PGA锦标赛全年比赛所有球
场中最高的平均杆数。Quail Hollow球场在球场难度评选中的名次上升为第七名。水障
碍和沙池被安置在好几洞的球道以及果岭周围。想要征服这个球场，你需要谨慎处理在
球道上的每一杆。球手会不停地遇到球道旁边的树林以及狗腿洞，虽然这些都只是老式
的设计。
Quail Hollow的总长度是7442码，球场的签名洞是标准杆3杆的17洞。这一洞的果
岭是一个过分斜坡设计的果岭吧。
而看家洞是一个标准杆4杆、471码的洞，在球道的左边有一个狭长的小溪，在球手
发挥良好的情况下也很有可能在这洞吃下博基，甚至打出更差的成绩。大卫. 汤姆斯在
2003年就曾经手持6杆领先来到这一洞，最后离开的时候只剩2杆在手。幸好，大卫.汤
