学程二年级广告设计科多媒体设计组男女学生，竟然复制纳粹德国武装亲卫队制服、举
着纳粹德国旗帜、军徽游行，甚至用纸箱自制一辆德军虎式战车模型，模仿亲卫队受校
。驻台北以色列经济文化办事处上午发出声明，「前总统马英九去年才刚参加国际大屠
杀纪念日，但才过了1年，新竹光复中学就出现这样的活动」，该对此事表达强烈失望
与谴责。
据了解，光复中学这项以历史人物为主题的变装活动，其余班级也出现有变装为希特勒
的学生，但都是个人扮演，只有广告设计科多媒体设计组的252班是「全班总动员」，
全数变装为纳粹亲卫队。光复中学学生扮演纳粹游行的活动照片，传是经由师长转贴到
网络上，引起讨论，事件还流传到我留德大学生同学会间。而据了解，这个班级导师是

广场正举办着露天演唱会，人头熙攘，歌声飘扬，给冬天寒冷的波士顿增添了一
点温暖的气氛。穿过一条街，就来到有“自由摇篮”之称的Faneuil Hall。独立
战争前夕的一些重要会议就是在此地举行。Faneuil Hall后是热闹非凡的Quincy
Market，长长的三座建筑及四周密布着商家，中间的主建筑里各色餐厅一字排开，
到处都挤满了顾客，很有点回到国内的亲切感。
这是回程时看到的Faneuil Hall夜景：
就在Faneuil Hall北面不远，矗立着六座玻璃方塔。这就是New England
Holocaust Memorial。走到近处，可以看到玻璃塔上密密麻麻刻满了数字，据说
有六百万之多，这些数字和六座玻璃塔一起，象征着二站中遇害的六百万犹太人。
一条黑色花岗岩路穿过这些玻璃塔，路边铭刻着一些Holocaust的冰凉数字和事

份的数字比较可靠，可以把这个作为讨论的基础，这是我们两天非常大的进步。李若建
老师说得非常好，同样一个数据确实有很多问题，中间有很多不一致的地方，这好像给
很多学者不同的解释空间。有人愿意用最大的恶意来理解这些数字，反过来，也有人要
以最大的善意来理解这些数字。王绍光老师昨天的说法很重要，数字是多少固然重要，
但怎么解释这些数字更重要。我们的争论和冲突，主要不是数字本身，而是怎么解释这
些数字。
我对1988年统计局出版的《中华人民共和国人口统计资料汇编》进行验算（这个汇编的
数字与1983年公布的数字一致），数字的质量确实不高，局部地区甚至错得很离谱，例
如信阳地区17个县，其中有11个县的数字是完全不靠谱的，而且更为离谱的是把17个县
的人口数加总都加掉190万，加减法就算错了。假设汇编的编者没有恶意，那11个县的

一、美国对外发动战争的特点
美国自独立建国以来，除在北美大陆发动的对印第安人一百多次战争外，发动的对
外战争及军事行动，到2001年就达到130次[1]，包括两次侵略中国的战争，一次是参加
八国联军侵华，一次是带领联合国军攻入朝鲜时轰炸中国东北，准备攻入中国，遭志愿
军击败(这里不计旧中国时代美军在中国境内开枪开炮，如1927年炮击南京伤亡2000多
人[2])。美国是近代以来发动对外战争最多的国家，仅奥巴马上任总统八年，虽获诺贝
尔和平奖，却在任上指挥美军入侵七国[3]。
美国发动的战争，绝大部分是针对小国和弱国，很多时候，还拉上一帮盟国帮助。
针对较强国家的战争，主要包括以下几次：
1、19世纪初，英法战争正酣，1812年6月18日美国趁机向英国宣战[4]，发动了针
对英国在北美殖民地加拿大的战争。虽然美军一开始有所进展，但后来英国增兵，一度

不管政论如何，会场庄严，肃穆，与会众人认真，虔诚，
