Asian, as used in my argument, is about a race, not about people live in a
continent. So is the word 黑人 as used in LZ's original post. Blacks, as race, dwarfs Asians, when playing hoops, based on the face count in NBA.
Logical fallacy No. 2: Ad Hominem
Whether I have any postgraduate degree has no bearing on the validity of my statements. Neither does my training in any sports or subjects. Focus on the argument itself during a debate.

with the Asian youth? Draw those lines, and you will see different things.
Another way to draw the graph may be to draw the percentage of donations
made to Ivy schools by each ethinic group.
Numbers and percentages is the key concept in flaws in logical thinking.

得情绪化，然后又摆出做不到的原因只有两点：第一，无大志，第二，懒惰。然后解决

其实如果你会反向利用hot buttons，在吵架时尽量避开，或者你早就不用剩下来了。
人当然不是只有认命一条路，但所谓的“选择”，是应该在信息充分的情况下。只说“
难”，其实是避重就轻了。我通篇重点不是“难”，而是“险”。“难”的话，就是比
如说是学乐器，很难，但只要有志有勤有恒的话，基本没有学不成的。“险”的话，就
是你从小不把精力放在其他地方上，只练钢琴希望成为郎朗，当你后来发觉自己天生手
小不灵活听力很差，不可能成为郎朗的话，可能你就错过了开发你很擅长的数学天分的
时机了，甚至普通生活琐事都handle不了。
我从不认为只有泡妞好的人才能挣钱，甚至在能挣钱的人中有泡妞天分的都未必是主流
，这些人很多都是传统、正派、踏实的老实人，做的是实业，靠的主要是手艺判断力和

得情绪化，然后两三回合就开始ad hominem，然后好像还不够，还要问候对方高堂。在
一些人心中，家人是占很重要的地位的，哪怕明知只是对方的口头禅，心理也会不舒服
很久。不是说英文论坛就没有这些问题，不过很明显轻很多，不仅在灌水题目极少出现
，甚至连容易打鸡血的政治话题，都不多。
如果说不是情绪化到不得不说，而是有心想借助某些口头禅形成个人语言风格，也是很
悲哀的一件事，我是替中文悲哀。中文作为象形字，加上是单音节的字，典故也多，各
地方言也多，本来素材很广，至沉郁至俏皮至凝滞至空灵的语言风格都可以有，市井口
语自然也不用避忌，但是如果只能以丑为美，刻意为之，就等于在宝山前，却偏偏只捡
淤泥来投掷在他人身上。另一个角度而言，想要自己的风格，却找最便宜的捷径，也是
intellectual laziness，（不用攻击我的中文，我知道自己中文不纯正，尤其犯起懒
来就想到什么写什么，方言啊英文啊都夹杂，不过我大部分时候不care自己的风格）。
