teeshot的顺序在第一个tee box时（比如偶然四个人凑一起）以抛tee(tee尖指向那个
人）等的形式确定第一个人，然后第2，第3 － 这是我所知道的。
接下来的顺序将是在上个hole成绩最好的首先tee off, 这叫honour这个人；如果3个人
成绩一样，那么上上hole首先tee off的人在这个tee 首先开球， match play这个顺序
