day in Bay area is to design buildings resisting MMI IX, e.g., design ground
acceleration 0.4Sds=0.67g. From this point of view, the miracle of

１９４５年７月，美、英、中三国首脑和外长在柏林西南波茨坦举行会议，２６日
发表《波茨坦公告》，敦促日本投降。全文如下：
美、英、中三国政府领袖公告：
（一）余等：美国总统、中国国民政府主席及英国 首相代表余等亿万国民，业
经会商，并同意对日本应予以一机会，以结束此次战事。
（二）美国、英帝国及中国之庞大陆、海、军部队，业已增强多倍，其由西方
调来之军队及空军，即将予日本以最后之打击，彼等之武力受所有联合国之决心之

然后到了星期五，果然海啸就来了，我想日本人应该准备很充分了吧，一般海底地震引
发海啸是很自然的事情。
没想到刚才看了一下 timeline，原来后来又发生了一次地震 8.9，周五，然后10来分
钟之内就海啸了，怪不得。。。
不过周四那次cctv说已经引发海啸预警，为什么非要等到周五那次大的呢

最近这段时间日本人一直在谋划购买钓鱼岛的闹剧，很多国人想不明白，日本人准备从
谁的手里购买？今天（11日）事件又有新变化，中国3艘渔政船抵达钓鱼岛海域进行巡
航，但遭到日方的阻挠。这是野田政府提出将钓鱼岛“收归国有”后首次有中国船只驶
入钓鱼岛海域。
中日之间关于钓鱼岛的冲突由来已久，近期比较大的冲突是两年前中国船长被非法扣留
事件。那次船长被日本人扣留之后，除了外交部一贯的严正交涉和强烈抗议之外，还下
了三大猛药：第一，暂停对日的稀土出口；第二，四个日本人没事跑到中国军事禁区瞎
转悠，那就对不起了，全给抓起来，你扣押我一个船长，我也可以抓你四个特务；第三
，温总在联合国向全世界讲话，要求日本必须立马放人。最终，日本无奈放人了事。
日本放人还有一个更重要的原因被我们忽略了，美国国务卿希拉里向日本人承诺：美国
承担的保护日本的条约义务包括中国船长被掳的岛屿（钓鱼岛）。换言之，美国人向日
本人提供了领土保证，万一有第三方（只可能是中国）收回钓鱼岛，那么美国人将出兵

“我们说了算”，可这当中的“我们”显然不是中国一家， 理论上要美国，英国和中国
共同说。可实质上是美国说了算。就是退一步三国投票，你也赢不了。

是半个世纪前的语言而且错误不少，所以，重新翻译了一下，供大家研究。
其实，感到《波茨坦公告》写得很牛逼，估计是美国已经造好了原子弹，底气十足。
但相比之下，《开罗宣言》由于产生于1943年12月1日，相对比较笼统，遣辞也保守了
很多。
当然，至于日本的领土，国家，军队，产业等界定，有些说得蛮具体，可以搞一搞。
