personal opinion, comprehensively .
If you rent, Arbor Brook Apartment assigned school is High Croft. I just
toured AB in this weekend. It is an excellent place with wonderful
facilities, such as Gem, swimming pool ,tennis court and free wifi in the
gem building open 24 hours.
Maybe a little bit exaggerating, I almost want to put my house for rental
and move
there because it is so convenient. |

最近这一年多，我的兴趣可以说完全转移到了另一个梦想上了。
再说，有家有小，所有业余时间加起来也只能支持一个兴趣。
我不是同时能做好两件事情的人。基本上是非此即彼。
所以我的吉他演奏水平有很大的退步，从另外一个角度说，也是维持到了一个比较低而
稳定的位置，希望再差也不要比现在更差了。

发帖数: 454 | 21 住院是不需要请护工的，这边的医院有护士和护士助理全部照顾，不需要家人做任何事
，如果病人是做transplant或者需要长期住院的话，出院前可以申请住city of hope
village,很便宜，比住酒店划算，医院也有签约的inn/hotel，价钱也还行。
美国的医疗和国内差别很大，国内住院大部分需要24小时陪护，这边按铃就行了，这家
医院的护士还不错的，如果语言不通，就跟护士要求翻译，都是免费的。 |

条色彩的饰品，散发印度香的迷醉。
我和实习的那家公司的同事一起去上气功课。那老师棕色双眼明亮平静，我只学调息，
闭眼闻鸟鸣，别无一物。那上气功和yoga课的小房子，就在山脚下，一两个学生，着宽
大随意的tshirt, 每一个人微笑，轻而清。
同事的yoga课开始的那一刻，我正推开店门。细细挑选，选中一盘西班牙吉他cd,一把印
度香及一只手制花瓶。那几家店里清一色的老人掌着柜，缓慢挪步摆弄货品，找不到笔
，算不清数目。
在清晨9点，漫步，忘忧。我梦想失去生活本身，只安伏于这样的晨雾中的街上。以灵魂
的漂移浏览这安谧的魔境，包括阴霾的德国窗帘和胸前纹有巨大翅膀的年轻画家，他站
在靠岸的小船上一抬头见我，竟愣住了。
然后在午饭十分与yoga教师交谈，我抻面于在这样的梦境中进进出出，违背运动定律地
漂移，魔幻知觉此起彼伏，在雾里面明晰真相。
有几个瞬间又一次地想起上海，中国最西化的城市。去年春天，我也是这样幽魂般在那

我的房子在水下的话，没有多少DOWNPAYMENT，我也盼着FORECLOSE，WALKOUT多好。比
如50万买的，2万DOWNPAYMENT，住了5年，交了PRINCIPAL 5000，现在只值35万，
还卖不掉，不如FORECLOSE算了，要不还要还47。5的贷款，房子只值35，给银行打工啊，
住5年大房也不错了。 |

Okanagan valley 很多酒庄，可以去品酒，那里的湖可以下水
Hope那里有rafting，如果不怕冷可以玩，那个要一天，还有hot spring可以泡泡
或者最后一天去温哥华吃饭
路上随心所欲，看到啥玩啥就可以了 |

A little bit self-introduction first. I did my first Marathon last year
which I finished just under 3:30. This year I try to reach 3:15 mark and
have been training moderate hard since this summer.
My weekly training plan is a mixture of speed work, tempo run and weekend
long run. My MPW is pretty low though, only peaked at 40 miles (My MPW for
last year was even less, barely reached 30 miles 3 weeks before the race).
