问题：现在的枪支管理严格吗？
回答：已经非常严格了。不管是网购还是LOCAL的枪店/枪展，买枪都不是已经很容易的
事。绝对不像媒体所说的买枪就和买菜一样。
问题：控枪有实际效果和意义吗？
回答：这个我并没有太多的看法。只是请有兴趣的朋友可以看一看芝加哥，巴尔的摩，
纽约，洛杉矶等地。对比一下当地的涉枪凶杀案件的数量以及相关的控枪法律。

关于马里兰洲的枪支控制以及实际效果。
买任何枪，不管步枪还是手枪，要做背景调查，然后等7天，太多申请的话，等3个星期
也是有的。然后没问题了才能把枪弄到手。有什么精神病前科，犯罪前科的都不可能买
到枪支。
任何枪支，都要进行弹道测试。就是打几发，然后存档，费用买家出。
弹夹是不准购买流通20发以上的。
买手枪的话必须接受手枪安全课程。过关了才有资格 买枪。
