1. 除非外伤急症，尽量不看西医，不吃西药。
2.生活中尽量少吃和西方化学品有关的东西，我现在宁可少吃一口，也要尽量买
organic的东西。不用西方人发明的和身体直接有关的东西，比如漱口水，维生素片，
甚至牙膏。据我妈说，我爷爷以前一直用盐，用手指刷牙的，他到72岁死的时候，还是
一口好牙，一个没掉。（这个不用牙膏的做法，也许有些极端。不过，我以前英文课的
意大利美女教授，有一次上课就和我们讲，一天晚上，她用那个美白牙齿的产品放在嘴
里后睡着了，本来大概要2个小时取出来的，她也许是8个小时后才取出来，反正比规定
时间长，然后她说，非常的horrifying，说她永远不会再用美白牙齿的产品了。）
3.努力学习中医，将来好为周围人治病。学中医需要会思考的人，我们要担负起这个重
