-Threatening Events). You can google that term and find relevant
information.
There can be many causes for ALTE. Mostly frequently, it is associated acid
reflux in the baby. Yet, it still only account for less than 50% of cases,
if I remember correctly. Diagnosis is not easy because when the baby is at

的宝宝。之前去上了产课，觉得在理论上我对生孩子有了深入的了解，对于生的实践过
程用处有限，唯一有用的是产包的准备。老师告诉我们只要拿一身自已和宝宝出院穿的
衣服就好了，当然我还带了电脑，相机，洗漱用品和一点snack，其他东西医院里都有
准备，完全不用带。护士还夸我smart，因为packed very light。
我是7／21预产期，但是一直没动静，没宫缩，没开指。我除了每天走走路和向所有等
待宝宝出生的朋友表示诚挚的歉意之外，没有做什么促使宝宝发动的事情，ob给我约了
7／31号催产。早上6点接到电话，让我们去，我洗了个澡，吃了麦当劳早餐，7点20到
了医院。7：30护士（nancy，非常nice）帮我们checkin，检查开指状况，还是一指没
开。放了胎心和宫缩的monitor，她说我其实是有宫缩的，不过我一点感觉都没有。于
是护士去请示我的ob，confirm之前的催产计划，就是先上宫颈软化的药，等开过几指

from/to the hospita because I was told the schedule is really busy, I need
to start really early and finish very late each day...I need to save driving
time for sleep.
If anybody knows anybody is interested in renting a room, please let me
know.

However, I do not agree with you at all.
Last time, I did not reply because I did not think the driver was at fall.
However, what I think is not important. US is a nation governed by law. You
or your mother must have consulted a lawyer. If not, that is YOUR fault.
A lawyer will tell you if you or your mother have a case RIGHT AWAY--because
he or she (lawyer) has not time to waste.
Going back to China is not a hurdle, if you have a case.

Just give another example. USArmy set foot on Iraqi desert. There are no hospi
tals, so they have to set up some improvised ones by themselves. These hospita
ls work and save lives. But they are no match to those hospitals you can find
back in their bases. And when USArmy move on, those improvised hospitals will
most probably cease to exist. That's what we call "ad-hoc".

一. 原则上讲，只需要一个interview：
每年都有这样的例子，只拿到一个，也match上了。万事皆有可能，帮大家放松心态。
二. 多几个interview的好处：
1. 提高match几率。
2. 对于location、未来职业发展前景等，可以有更多的选择。
3. 有时program也会问，你拿到了几个interview；数量较多，别人会认为你比较
competitive；如果你只有一个interview，即使program对你还比较满意，也可能也会
在rank时，放心的把你往后排，反正不怕你跑了。
