The future of Twinkies, Ho-Ho’s and other Hostess products is not fully
written yet. The judge in Hostess’s bankruptcy case has directed the
company and its second largest union, the Bakery, Confectionery, Tobacco
Workers and Grain Millers International Union, to private mediation. The
company announced last week that it was shutting down due to a crippling
strike.

等。。。但真正忙起来的时候，并不是厨房炒菜速度跟不上，而是外面多项服务一起进
行，服务生忙不过来。在这么多的服务中再加上免费小菜这个程序其实更加费事，还不
如解决顾客最要紧的需求。
（我们并不是不听善意的建议的，但理论和实践之间的差别总是要比想像的差很多）
如果预定的时间在rush hour的话，同样不会有帮助的。
对了，之前我说如果是我管理餐馆，我会向美国餐馆那样，一个桌子由一个服务生来接
。但这样就必须要有一个hostess带位，但中国客人很多对桌子很挑，喜欢自己选桌子
，不喜欢被带位。另外一定会有很多顾客去喊hostess为自己做这样那样不归hostess管
的事情，而如果hostess不管的话，顾客会迁怒于自己的服务生，克扣小费。总之顾客
一定要去几次才能习惯这样的管理方式。。。你说这样是好还是不好呢？ |

大酒店Marriott那种，前台是最底层，每天就是站着，咧嘴笑，背一套词，什么我们酒
店wifi密码拉，什么几点餐厅关门开门，客房服务有哪些，出门左拐右拐有什么啦，最
后祝您入住愉快，语速快的根本听不清，就跟相声贯口一样。
这说白了就是一个多余的岗位，完全是大酒店为了显摆自己的hospitality，安排了几
个男女花瓶充门面。
就说说这个职位需要个几把skill？是条狗都能干了。这么个职位能掌管升级房间？纯
搞笑。就是酒店旅客投诉房间，他们都要请示值班经理才有能力调房。
前台这个职位和餐厅的hostess不一样，hostess收小费可以给你插队，找靠窗户位置，
但是前台不行，因为是最底层，连酒店清洁工有工会，赚的都比前台多。
以后快捷酒店都是和机场一样，自助check in，节省成本，机场的自助登机服务电脑有
权力升舱，但是也要加钱。
所以别yy了，土鳖嘛也没见过嘛也不知道，凭空想象，真尼玛扯。 |

hire them back? And never sign any collective barginnning agreement again?
I know it's almost impossible to hire 18500 employees, but It can shut down
all stores, and start hiring in each community. If it's allowed by law, in

我要先谈「竞投」这项小账。没有什么值得多谈，因为少人注意，要顺便一提。一九七八年，老师阿尔钦访港，在街上见到计程车招之不停。摆明是空车，但一律不停，问我何解，我教他双手各出一指，打个「十」字，车会停下来。果然灵光，阿师回美后把这件琐事几番跟朋友说了。原来当时香港的计程车供不应求，用两指打个「十字」是说在计程表之价上补加十元小账。这是竞投的小账了。

当地时间上周日(1日)晚上10点20分左右，在拉斯维加斯曼德勒海湾赌场附近举行的一场乡村音乐节中发生枪击案。截至目前，枪击事件已经至少造成59人死亡，527人伤。枪手在警方进入其酒店房间前自杀身亡。这起事件已成为美国现代史上伤亡最惨重的枪击事件。警方证实，嫌疑人为64岁的当地居民史蒂夫·帕多克，其袭击动机不明。
他是内华达州赌场中的常客，他也涉足得克萨斯州的房地产投资项目，他最后一次已知的做全职工作是在30年前，他曾离过两次婚，他还有飞行员执照，曾拥有过两架单引擎的小飞机。他，就是此次美国拉斯维加斯枪击案的凶手，史蒂夫·帕多克。
虽然目前他的行凶动机仍不明朗，但他的资料信息显示，他过着一种非常放荡不羁和不循规蹈矩的生活。

为什麽一个没有经济问题，日常生活似乎毫无异状的银髮族，会选择在高楼层的饭店房间，对参加演唱会的群众展开屠杀式扫射？拉斯维加斯1日晚间惊传屠杀式重大枪击，凶嫌犯案动机迄今仍然成谜，而案发当时人在东京的凶嫌同居女友，如今成了调查人员急欲面谈的关键人士。
赌城屠杀案凶嫌帕多克（Stephen Paddock）1日晚间在警方攻入他所下榻的曼德雷湾赌场度假村（Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino）饭店房间之前，已经举枪自尽。警方在房间内起出23隻枪械，后来也在帕多克住家找到19隻枪以及大批弹药。
