current reported number compared to revised last reported number to make the headline news.
but reported number has always been revised up to be the baseline of the
following week.
This way obama media can always report "good news" even if initial
jobless filing are actually in the up trend.

sot23 parts can be done this way too.
for multi-pin chips, I coat the pcb with solder paste (mostly solder but
also some flux), put on the part, and use a hotair gun to melt the paste.
the trick is to use the right amount of paste: if you used too much, you can

于是他一阵慌乱进去女生厕所。当他拉完后，神情一阵轻松…发现马桶旁有三个按钮，分别写著HW、HA、ATR，他很好奇；想想这么先进的厕所一定有什么特别之处，但又想起空中小姐的叮咛KK。不过，还是很好奇，于是按了第１个写著HW钮……
咦！竟然从後面喷出清洁屁屁的热水。好棒！原来是HotWater之意。
他心想，真高级！连忙看第２个钮…写著HA应该就是HotAir罗！果然按下钮后，送来徐徐热风。
真有意思！！那第３个写著ATR到底是什么意思？
于是他按下第三钮……突然一阵剧痛……$#!*，两眼发黑晕眩了过去…… |
