看下去也许更有好处。另外可以问一下用药的可能性，也许可以让心理医生refer
你一个psychiatrist，吃一些可以帮助你短期内解决强烈anxiety症状的药物，让
你的anxiety level能维持到一个acceptable的程度，这样能帮助你以比较稳定的
状态，继续做心理治疗看看到底有些什么隐藏的心理原因造成了这些心理症状。
还有你当地可能有一些crisis and suicide hotline的，发现自己状态特别严重的
时候，也可以打电话去找人聊聊，帮助自己缓解一下，也有一些全国性的1-800的号
