56号南面主要有Torrey Hills这一块和沿着Carmel Mountain以及El Camino Real这一
块。房子相对新。虽然CV所有的小学都是10分小学，但其中最好的两所Ocean Air 和
Sage Canyon位于沿着Carmel Mountain的这块。如果是在Sorrento Valley上班，从交
通上南面更方便。56号北面有不少八十年代的老房子。和南面比起来，离中学的距离较
近。
南北目前初中都是Carmel Valley Middle School. 和CV bordering的Del Mar和Solana
Beach有一家Earl Warren Middle School, 据说surfing特牛。
另外56号以北CV东面的Pacific Highlands Ranch是2006年建的，Mello-roos高，但是
今年新建小学open,明年新建初中7th grade 将open, 2016年将扩容到8th grade. 这一

are difficult to find Parking. Carpool Park is much easier in there.
Castro Valley Bart Station parking situation is much better. One of client
drive to Castro Valley Station for a while ( I didn't call him to check the
status). If you drive to Bay Fair station ( close to Castro Valley), both
Fremont and Pleasanton Train will go there. It will save waiting time for
the train.

Sep/Oct is generally a good time as 2011 comes out and there is a ok
inventory of 2010 models for you to choose from.
Price in Nov/Dec will be even cheaper but there may be only a few for you to pick.
My experience is based on miniVan. Rav4 may be hotter so you may want to watch the inventory by searching/calling/visiting.
For example, people are in line waiting for TDI and mini coper.
