今年28岁了，以前一直没有感觉有女生谈得来，所以绝大部分时间都是单身。现在终于

Nature Communications会继续升。因其发表数量多，但主攻小领域， 可能会抢很多

国减少稀土出口的措施，可能主要不是为了展示政治实力，而是为了满足自身经济增长
的需要。

中国减少了稀土出口量，因而受到国际社会的严厉批评。这种广泛用于高科技行业的物
质有97%都产自中国，所以一旦来自中国的供应中断，世界其他国家很难立即从别处找
到稀土货源。仅在过去两个月，17种稀土元素中有一部分的价格最高已涨到原来的10倍。
处于这种垄断地位，并不完全是中国的错。它可以生产世界上的多数稀土，但已探明储
量只占世界的三分之一左右。其余的稀土资源分布在全球各地，比如南非、印度、巴西
、美国和澳大利亚等国，当价格下降的时候，这些国家全都停止了稀土的生产，从而让
生产成本低得多的中国占领了市场。
