德·卡里姆调制出一款“杀伤力巨大”的“世界第一辣酱”。卡里姆在烹调该酱汁的全
程需戴上防毒面罩，以免吸入蔓延至空气中的辣味被“杀”翻在地，食客也需事先签订
“生死状”才能一试美食。
据悉，34岁的卡里姆任职于林肯郡的宾迪饭店，主管辣味菜肴。这款传说中辣遍天下无

You should be able to find a job, but it is not as hot as CS or EE.
Personally, I think Process Engineering is the hottest field in Ch.E
right now. However, I am focusing on Catalysis right now, so I can't
provide too much comments on that. |

我是国内材料专业top3的大学毕业，硕士跟老板做ZnO:Al陶瓷和薄膜，顺便在老板的小
公司里接外面的陶瓷靶材一类的项目。老板很支持出国，当时快毕业的时候，也是号称
“面霸”的说，工作offer有3个，留学牛校ad 1个、烂校offer 1个，正式毕业时发表
论文数量在系里也是名列前茅的，science direct hottest top 25 三篇。本人是个穷
光蛋，只好要了烂校offer。
没想到，博士一路坎坷，老板试验经费基本为零，做个好的XRD测试都等了两年，做的
项目也不是什么新点、热点。终于，去年大老板忍无可忍把他炒了，也间接导致我这下
更困难了，现在好不容易将就着准备毕业，看看自己博士这几年发的文章真是不堪，正
式发表才一篇，两篇待审，有时候真后悔，来的第二年应该跳到其他牛点儿的学校的，
至少文章不会这么少吧。
找工作也有一段儿时间了，还是没什么消息。郁闷。。。
明白人给指点指点吧。
