housemates包括
一个到了退休年龄的澳门老头，不太会讲国语，和谁都不怎么说话，不知他平时做什么
一个黑人女孩和她男友，学生，
一个混血的帅哥和他的日本女友，半工半读中
还有一个住了8年的50来岁的白人女人，不工作, 只是偶尔去goodwill store 帮忙
一个拿政府补助的disability
一个比较阳光的local girl,整天冲浪
我搬来不久，除了上班就是去海边玩，然后食堂吃完晚餐去图书馆和实验室混，回家就
是睡个觉，和housemates们接触很少，表面上处的不错，见面笑笑hi一下。
不过我曾经overheard过他们夜里议论说新来的那个谁谁和以前那个谁一样mainland
china来的都是nerd等等
所以也就是点头之交而已了
还有两个，刚刚打完一仗
一方是个做realtor的香港女人
另外一方是个极品white junk
那个鬼子是学校附近一个酒吧的bartender，40多岁了
据说搬进来之前睡在酒吧的冰箱上，
住进来后曾经因为从房间里飘出毒品包装被50岁的白女人 |

同样面临找房子问题，大概看了几家，觉得HIDDEN CREEK根North Ridge的2br/2ba貌似

以多花点钱让她搬出来自己住。一开始我还感慨这样的爸爸真好，一点不娇惯孩子，可
这三个月下来我发现完全不是这么回事。从确定房子开始，父亲就在女儿搬进来前天天
来帮女儿打扫屋子，收拾东西，把所有东西都摆放好，向房东要密码把网联上。等女儿
搬进来后，每个礼拜都过来2，3次，把菜买好，做好，屋子收拾好。3个月了，这个
housemate连菜市场在哪儿都不知道。再说这个housemate，幼稚的不像二十多岁的人了
，一点自己解决问题的能力都没有，丁点大小的是就来找我和另外一个室友，其实大多
数时候在网上查一下就清楚了。外加问的问题幼稚的让其他人都不知道该怎么跟她解释

俺Civil/Transportation 小硕，在米国飘过4年，去年接连遇到几件惨事，开车转弯被撞，打完官司除了保险额外亏了7k，一个华裔housemate去世一周后才被发现；某白人housemate对华人不逊，联合房东和其它室友花了好多精力才把他踢出去，但那厮成天夜里回来扎个车胎学个鬼叫从窗户外面往里吹点大麻什么的，折腾来折腾去，虽然是个肌肉男，夜里也难免有点空虚寂寞觉得冷，一冲动就回北京找了个好区买了个小condo安顿下来了。
转眼一年了，送走了外婆，见了她老人家最后一面；找到了生命中的另一半。在北京新找的工作难度不大，比较好应付，基础设施设计咨询，在国内已经基本算体力活儿了。一切从零开始，按照新毕业国内硕士的待遇，一年6w RMB，媳妇工作稳定，不用我养。糊口是够了，但日子也是紧巴巴的。基本月光吧。还没敢买车，怕到了小孩上学的时候存的钱不够交择校费的。另外北京这路况，有车也开不起来。人际上也在慢慢适应如何和周围的人相处。
至于工作，起点低，上升空间也不大，待遇主要看绩效。去年刚入职的时候，虽然工资不多，但也不算很累。还混得下去 |

3941 Nobel Dr). Bed+Bath has private door separation from kitchen/living
room. Bathroom will be shared with housemate. Move in around Jan 6, 2012 to
end of lease on June 18th. There will be one other tenant in the unit
residing in the living room. Current tenant is a female UCSD student.
Looking for a quiet, non-smoking female housemate.

social life with your housemates.
I live in mountain view where rent is moderate, rent+utility ~$600
expense for car: $100 gas, $50 insurance+registration +$50 average for
maintainace if you drive a DFBB
food: depends on how much and how well you eat, cook by youself or not, $10
a day you can eat pretty well
cloth, shopping etc, really up to you.
my principle is always save half of the monthly paycheck. |

portion of the house. This is a 3800 square foot home on a 1 acre lot.
Rental also includes your own, separate bedroom and sharing of the kitchen,
dining room, living room, and patio. There are two separate driveways --

俺Civil/Transportation 小硕，在米国飘过4年，去年接连遇到几件惨事，开车转弯被
撞，打完官司除了保险额外亏了7k，一个华裔housemate去世一周后才被发现；某白人
housemate对华人不逊，联合
房东和其它室友花了好多精力才把他踢出去，但那厮成天夜里回来扎个车胎学个鬼叫从
窗户外面往里吹点大麻什么的，折腾来折腾去，虽然是个肌肉男，夜里也难免有点空虚
寂寞觉得冷，一冲动就回北

转眼一年了，送走了外婆，见了她老人家最后一面；找到了生命中的另一半。在北京新
找的工作难度不大，比较好应付，基础设施设计咨询，在国内已经基本算体力活儿了。
一切从零开始，按照新毕业
国内硕士的待遇，一年6w RMB，媳妇工作稳定， |
