俺的小破车的典型问题就是那个howl，尤其是slow down的时候，
非常的明显，有节奏的呜呜的叫。而且当一边轮子着地，另外
一边jack up的时候，如果在档上，按理应该只有非常小的slack，
可是俺的小破车轮子可以来回转动1cm左右（看brake disc的外径）。
低速突然加速或者松开油门的时候，也有clunk的问题。前一段换了
wheel bearing，一个axle还是不能解决问题。:(

了。下午接到师傅的电话。他们检查的刹车系统，并且清洁和润滑刹车系统。路上测试
，没有听到刹车系统的尖锐杂音。车子回到检修车库，把车子升起来，继续检查。发现
有低沉 howling noise。诊断是车子的左侧前轮的hub assembly磨损严重。质保内，厂
家cover replacement。再上路测试，noise消失。

如果只要求lz说的true or false，这个肯定是true，但是如果要求最短的话，state
machine就得加入针对pattern首字符的reset。时间上应该是O(len(string))就好了。
第一题给的arrays是sort好的吗？是的话是不是可以这么做：
造个数组ind[n]，每个元素初始化为某word第一次出现的index。然后记录ind[n]中最大/最小元素之差为distance。把最小元素move到该单词下一次出现的index，再算ind[n]中最大/最小元素之差，如果比distance小就替换掉。如此反复直到某次移动导致out of bound。（这个bound不是整个text的长度，而应该是某单词出现的次数）。如果有错还请指出 |

1. 公司地址在google maps上查了下，一个是居民区门前的荒地，一个是居民住宅区，

2. 用agent名字去linkedin上搜索了下，跟agent有业务的公司非常有限，就几个公司
，像我这样的合同工多半都在那几个公司。
3. 去myvisajobs查了下，这个agent基本上没有给别人办理H1b的经验，这也解释了为
什么llinkedin上查到的他们经手的合同工基本上都是老美的原因
4. 查到了agent的老板在linkedin上的名字和跟我联系时的名字不是一个名字，但是是
同一个姓（可怕啊），然后他说他经常要出差，我很怀疑他是在回避跟我见面，但是在
linkedin上查到他现在本职工作是一家公司的technical sales， 这是不是一个需要经

这里把数据总结一下。附件里两张图是基于两国青少年的身高普查数据的。数据出处都
标在图的下部。大家都知道人的身高（体重）是正态分布的，图上的曲线分别表示在不
同年龄的这个分布的3%、(5%)、10%、25%、50%、75%、90%、(95%)、和97%的
pencentile。中美两队体操团体比赛的各位MM都根据她们的官方身高和年龄map在这两
张图上。
大家都知道，在一个正态分布中，从均值加减大概2个标准差的范围cover了95%的概率
，也就是说，上下两边各划出2.5%，或者大约3%这个整数。总之，在这两条97%和3%线
（或者应该是97.5%和2.5%线）之外的，都算是“异与常人”了。这些“秉异”的人有
多少呢？中国人口13亿，假设一半是女性，5%就有3千2百5十 |

纽约州的South Salem有个狼窝，地址不对外公开，必须上网预约后才能得知，控制游
人数目。我们在一个春雨潇潇的周末驱车进山，满山滴翠，晶亮透明，这幅春山笑雨图
令我油然想起江南。
到山门口下车步行。门侧竖一“Deer Drop”木牌，被车撞死的鹿常送来此处，供狼群
大块朵颐。参见狼群还有不少手续，先进一学习班，听讲座，看图片，从小红帽开始讲
人是怎么误解、杀害狼的。有些狼种已经灭绝；red wolf全球不到200头，Mexican
grey wolf不到300头，均列入美国物种保护计划（Species Survival Plan）。保护组
织力请猎人、牧民不要杀狼，数据表明被狼咬死的牛羊家畜只占2%，被狗咬死的反占8%
之强。还说狼有保护植被的作用，怕狼的动物不敢在牧区停留过久；如果没狼，它们就

Art Museum, Childern's Museum 不错，
中餐，喜欢吃蜀香园，The Journey，
意大利菜， Old Spaghetti Factory,Olive Garden,
海鲜，没找到好的。
牛排，downtown有比较好的，38街有比较便宜的，
Burger好的地方应该很多，我原来比较多去的是 Bourbon street
每年还有Indiana State Fair可以看些拖拉机什么的，不过时间也许过了
downtown Mass Avenue 艺术气息比较浓厚，Yats,吃饭很受欢迎，口味有点
美国混合印度混合中东。
还有downtown的 Indian Garden 中午的自助非常超值。
喜欢夜生活，可以去Broad Ripple,有colts的比赛可以去sports bar感受一下。
临走的时候，去了Howl at the Moon, Piano Bar.很有趣的一个地方，虽然
同行都是不太夜生活的老中，但是反响很不错。 |

吃西瓜对狼算是高难度吧，就是想增加点观赏性。
它们都被关在不同的地方，只有在特定的时候才都被放出来，比如放到看台前吃西瓜时。
现场的确看不出mating，但二月确实是他们比较活跃的时候。
它们不算野生，家谱都记录的清清楚楚呢。
没等到howl night,晚上虽然狼很活跃，但没照拍又冷，只能听狼叫，我不是很感兴趣。 |
