察挥手拦下，说我时速39码，posted speed 25MPH （construction zone）。我记得警
察站在construction zone，我的车还没进入，但马路两边有限速25MPH的牌子。
Officer supplied notes said:" W/B, 43ES, 234FT, laser, 4 signs posted, plus
HPD electronic speed sign".
有人有相似的罚单吗？我这种情况，是不是只能交罚款，涨保险了？ |

Charges have been filed against a suspect arrested in the fatal stabbing of
a woman at 7807 Hiawatha about 5:30 p.m. on April 29.
The suspect, Cavalas Prater (b/m, 35), is charged with capital murder in the
183rd State District Court. He is accused in the death of Su-Jung Teng, 79

Back to 2000, A HPD officer told me a statistic data: on 1st hit, 9mm would
give 84% stopping; .40 &.45 would be 100% with FMJ.
On other hand, combine 9mm with Hollow Point, the stopping would be 100%

纽约这里有hpd专门管这种事情，把证据收好，他们能管着的话会给managemant office
发ticket,不在限定时间内处理好，是要罚钱的。
也有类似的房屋管理部门，可以打311咨询吧，他们有可能会给你把电话转过去的。。 |
