发帖数: 1 | 45 今天，据新闻报道，Yahoo挺不住了，周二会宣布大裁员15%、关闭一些商业部门。按照
雅虎目前10700员工来算，对应着1600多人。
一周前，VMware宣布裁员800人，占目前员工数目不到5%。
更早些时候，有投资机构人士认为，2016年美国IT企业预计会裁员33.3万人，并给出裁
员的公司名单和人数，这个名单上主要是些老牌公司，比如HP、IBM、Oracle、Cisco、
NetApp、Yahoo、Juniper、EMC，也有Yelp和F5 Networks这种比较新的公司。
现在看来，投资机构做的预测正在逐渐成为现实。预测的裁员人数未必准确，但是裁员
也可能是多批进行，比如Yahoo，过段时间也可能继续裁员。
名单里并没有IT行业招聘留学生的中流砥柱比如Google、Facebook、Amazon，但是请注
意：
HP、Cisco都是给外国人办绿卡数目最多的十大美国公司
IBM和Oracle也是给外国人办H-1B签证的大户
这些被裁掉的人，作为有经验的工程师，会抢new grad（应届毕业生）的饭碗
