八百年前就知道的经典终于看过了，好莱坞黄金年代的旧梦就是让人做上千遍也不厌倦
。褒曼这个角色放今天就是圣母，好事都占全了，俩那样的男人围着打转自己还名声不
亏，放今天这样的角色会被骂死，当然，也就是褒曼有这个能耐，换别的女演员估计撑
不起圣母的气场。 Humphrey Bogart 长得算不上好看，据说人还矮小，印象中我没看
过他别的角色，不过本片他的人物实在是太有魅力了。Ilsa, I am not good at noble
, but it doesn't take much to see that the problems of three little people
don't amount to a hill of beans in this crazy world. Someday you'll
understand that.太帅了！不过最后那个老奸巨猾的探长的反转够扯淡，难怪被今天的

发帖数: 726 | 17 这个刷子，要真的想买，最好用delicate （超级敏感皮肤）或者sensitive刷子头的，
不要用normal刷子头，太猛了。
另外，真想去死皮，还有一个温和的方法，我最近发现了一个非常不错的toner，就是
Humphrey's Homeopathic Remedy Lilac Witch Hazel Facial Toner，没有酒精，温和
安全。我用了觉得脸上皮肤很舒服，而且也补水。
去whole food或者卖organic的店经常见得到。亚马逊也有，我在vitacost买的，不过
现在全部backorder了，因为vitacost的价格最好。这个系列的cucumber也不错，镇静
过敏泛红的皮肤。我一般用两次cubumbr，一次lilac，另外还有薰衣草的花水轮流用。
不想买刷子的，可以考虑这个。我觉得比那个thayer's的好。thayer's的那个toner有
点粘糊糊的，而且有我不喜欢的防腐剂。 |

发帖数: 726 | 18 我推荐Caudalie的那个eye and lips，一个是金属喷嘴瓶，一个是挤牙膏小管子，我两
个都用过，两个都喜欢。好吸收，绝对不刺激，我觉得效果是有的，我嘴角一条表情细
纹四个月之后终于消失了。
前提是，必须要不吝啬地用，而且，要在皮肤充分清洁之后用。去角质死皮之后，才容
易充分吸收养分。年岁渐长，新陈代谢真的越来越慢了，皮肤不经过彻底清洁，那些补
品就吃不进去，反而会堵毛孔爆豆子。
另外， Jurlique的东西也不错的，天然温和，但是效果还是有的，就一个缺点——贵
。vitacost.com上面有，但是种类不齐全，而且经常backorder，因为价钱相对便宜，
所以很多人虎视眈眈地盯着哄抢。我最喜欢他们家的mist,作toner用很好。rose,
lavender还有Chamomile Soothing Mist 都不错。
洗脸我推荐一个我推荐了很多次很多次的东西，不贵的，香港价钱sasa买更便宜，sana的豆乳洗面奶，洗得很干净而且也很舒服。
还要推荐，强烈推荐Humphreys这个牌子的东西，尤其是皮肤混合性敏感的人，可以考
虑尝试他们家的那个给敏感皮肤的系列，真的不错 |

喜爱hiking and backpacking, 大概有五,六年了,主要是在Arizoan and Colorado.
08 年开始对爬雪山产生兴趣,四月参加了local club 的snow climb class.
登过两座雪山:Mt. Hood and Humphreys Peak (Arizona)
另外登过五座Colorado 14ers (我非常喜爱Colorado 14ers)
今年的目标是登Whitney 和三个Colorado 14ers. |
