在学界格列卫的发展史是被用来嘲讽诺华的短视和逐利的，怎么电影一出就封神了……
具体到格列卫，简要发展史如下：
1960年，David Hungerford发现在一类白血病人中多出一条染色体，他们把这类现象命
名为费城染色体。当时他们受到无数嘲讽，因为没人相信人会多一条染色体。
1970年，Janet Rowley发现这染色体是怎么出现的，他们发现是第9和第22号染色体发
生了重组，并且因为重组，bcr和abl两个基因融合到了一起，形成了一个新的酶。

后来到了1990年，David Baltimore等人发现尽管这个新酶在常规致癌实验中不能让细
胞成癌，但是可以让血细胞变成白血病。以上的工作是决定性的，找到了致病的靶点，
好比修车工找到了车哪里出了问题。
接下来的工作是怎么修。这部分工作持续了30年，产生了两个拉斯克奖，完全是学界完
成的。一般来说大家都认为既然是这个酶导致了CML（观察者网注：慢性粒细胞白血病
），那么把这个酶关住，癌细胞就死掉了，这就叫靶向治疗。
