语，无非就是吃喝拉撒睡不。开始很顺利，I want to pee pee, I want to poo poo,
I want to eat, I want to drink, I want to sleep，教了一遍就会了。昨晚临睡，
给老二复习，不晓得为什么老二总是说I want to sleepy，我说不对啊，是，I want
to sleep，老二问我Sleepy是啥，我说是瞌睡啊，I am sleepy啊。不知道那根筋了，
我又教老二，我饿了是I am hungry，老二是吃货，这不应景么，万一饿了呢，我觉得

的时候，就报个正常的价，所以我当时找的价好的trade不见得会给你好价。砍树也没
技术含量，没有好坏之分。

想想就知道，就算每顿在外边吃，单个人一年也最多吃5，600家饭店，这里面选出100
家，再加上个人的口味，见识限制，这个某人评的top100有多大含金量。

饭后绝对不要吃甜点；
吃肉以鱼肉为主；
等等等等。。。
起始我已经做得比她说的还严格了 ：）
但是减肥前我是没有这种意识的。
另外说个有意思的事情，上大学的时候同学出去聚会吃饭，一盘菜端上来，一般的反应
都是啊菜量好少啊，这个店越来越不厚道了！然后大家一扫而空。（永远饥饿的学生。。
在美国这边，系里老师也打趣，grad students are always hungry,而且哪儿有
free food，哪儿就有hungry grad students..）
这次和一群广东人去广东参观吃饭，一道菜端上来，所有人呼：怎么这么大一盘阿。。。
据我观察，除了头道汤大家喝了可能不只1小碗以外，其他每道菜每个人都吃一点点的，
没有人要米饭，上了一道面，不过只有两个人动了几块子，其他人都饱了。。。
然后期间还不停的倒茶，喝茶，唉。 |

when I come home and the nanny cooks yummy Chinese food. :-(
I was told to drink some water first and then eat some healthy snack or
fruit (100-200 calories) before dinner. HTH.
Sometimes I'm stressed and overate the snacks. :( If I don't eat snack and
feel a little bit hungry before going to sleep, I could continue lossing
weight. My current diet won't work for sure. |

Bring a cheese stick, or greek yogurt, or raw vegetables in your bag. Adding
snacks keeps your metabolism relatively high.
2 - your breakfast has more than 300 cal with only 6-7g protein. That's why
you cannot lose weight (too much intake) and still feel hungry (too little
protein).
3 - it's simply pointless eating beyond your need when you are on diet.
