一共有16人，8男8女。8月到明年的5月。这个已经是第二批了，以后可能一直会延续下
去（每年的8月至第二年5月会在德州）。

报道，连载一个星期，情节堪比好莱坞大片。
事情要从两年前说起，本地一名警官在巡逻时收到增援呼叫，跑过去一看嫌犯还在反抗
，后来一堆警察好容易才把他制服。最先拦下嫌犯的警察说他只是例行检查是否酒驾，
但那名警官总觉得什么地方不对，因为场面过于血腥，那个嫌犯被打成了猪头，满脸是
血，牙齿都被打掉。

shooting happened inside the Shelby Center.
Of the three people rushed to Huntsville Hospital, two are in critical

同事，估计，我们市家庭的收入中位数大概是15-20w，人民币，约合3w美金，国内税收
可以不考虑了。
而查资料，比较几个美国类似比较贫穷地区的同等级城市，他们的median household
income如下，
Jackson, MS 57000; Birmingham, AL 61700, Tuscaloosa, AL, 56300, Little Rock,
AR 59000;Knoxville TN, 59700;Huntsville, AL 68000; Athens, GA 57700;
Augusta, GA 55600; Columbia, SC 62400.
因为Huntsville情况特殊，有大批联邦机构，是高科技城，收入偏高，情况和东营和大
庆差不多，去掉不予统计。其他城市，平均的median income也就6w多刀，扣完税，大
