funding for the MS Home Use Program. We just received notification today
that it is LIVE. I just paid my $9.95 + tax and am downloading it now.
Please note: This is for those with a US.ARMY.MIL email address ONLY. I do

terminate ssh client by ctrl-C, which is SIGINT, it does not work
when the ssh is run by a daemon like hudson, and terminated with -15 )

舍离的含义 （孙南达禅师开示）
巴利文 Nekkhamma 的意思是舍离或不执着。真正的含义是舍弃taṇhā(贪爱)。
当一个人的贪爱变得很强，他就会抓紧一个目标，执着不想放下。
在巴利文，贪爱是taṇhā，执着是upādāna。因此 Nekkhamma 舍离或放下跟贪
爱,执着是相反的。 Nekkhamma 舍离也是其中一项巴拉蜜 pāramī。
有四种 Nekkhamma
一 Kāmupādāna 欲乐取
二 Diṭṭhupādāna 见解取
三 Sīlabbatupādāna 戒禁取
四 Attavādupādāna 我见取
一 Kāmupādāna 欲乐取
欲乐取的意思是执着于感官的享受。这kāmupādāna是 kāma(感官享受的对象/感官
目标)和upādāna(取)。这些感官目标也被称为kāmaguṇa因为他们给予感官上
的欲 乐。因此kāmupādāna是强烈的贪取感官目标。

院联系HUP（Hospital of University of Pennsylvania, 宾大的附属医院），两家紧
靠着，在HUP生宝宝，医院用的儿医都是chop过来的。祝福mm一切顺利！ |

的pennsylvania hospital，但好像说两家医院的医生都是通用的。。搞不懂了。。。
我们住得离后者更近一些。。。
MM就是团体医生检查的吗？HUP团队一共多少位大夫阿，每次都看不同的大夫吗？有没
有遇到过态度或技术不好的？会不会安排nurse practitioner代替doctor作产检阿 |

简直是天大的事儿。OFFICE附近的clinic最早也只能约到周四，他让偶试试HUP，
说是大医院，条件比较好。偶在被transfer了不下5回之后终于有人肯听偶说话
了，偶说耳朵进东东了，她说好，打电话给保险公司吧，make sure it is in the
network, i said i makde sure le,她说那最好了，偶们最早的预约是5月8号，
估计要等到那时候，LD都自杀了也未可知，偶只好说啊？不能再早了吗？给约
一护士也成啊~ 她说，不行，这儿是专家门诊，要不你打这电话约个一般的医生
拔，于是偶满怀感激汗憧憬的打了她给的点话，再又被transfer了若干次之后，
被告知一般的医生也要下个月中旬才有，这回偶被建议去看急诊。偶真是搞不
明白啊，米国这些医生整天都干什么去了。上次偶长了一个ward,觉得看学生的
医生不够负责，问能不能去HUP看个专家，那个人就说i don't think you can
get a doctor there in three months~
唉，真是怀念清 |

把表格填好了，带着你insurance的benifit explanation和医院的bill,一起到
HUP的二楼，那里有人帮你算新的价钱的。
另外insurance会cover 80%，其余的有一部分会自动去掉，所以等收到
insurance company的benifit explanation再说。 |

个每个医生。生的时候，遇到那个医生值班就由这个医生负责。医生都还不错，只是觉
得有个韩裔女医生不扎样。HUP还有 有关生宝宝的CLASS ,如果是第一次生孩子可以去
上上，好像当时是100元，学生免费。 |

至于说developed是指该国的市场经济发展程度，和你说的HDI其实也不矛盾，HDI共有
三个因子，其中之一就是GDP，所以和市场经济的关联度也很大。至于说为什么市场经
济程度高GDP就高，因为GDP本身就是为市场经济量身打造的指标了。比如说，计划经济
下不会那么浪费资源破坏环境，少花钱办大事，所以类似红旗渠啊成昆铁路两弹一星，
都不会体现在GDP上。
另外呢，Stephen A. Marglin@Harvard在The Dismal Science一书里也有过类似的表述
，他就认为，现在的新古典经济学，也就是80年代主导美国乃至世界的新自由经济主义
，把经济学本身就变成了一个“市场”教，所以说，欧美发达国家里只有市场，没有社
