1. 及时准备引用水，抢购一些几Galon装的纯净水，逃难时用是人体每日必需，喝完的
水桶以后还可以装汽油逃难时用。而且即便不逃，如果Hurricane严重时住宅的自来水
管会断水。
2. 买些面包之类，不容易坏并易与携带的干粮，因为店大都关了，不关的大概只有Wal
-Mart。不过那种时候，Wal-Mart的饮用水和面包的货架是空的，连牛奶饮料都被抢购
一空，库存全空，补货的卡车又全被停了.
3. 汽车里一定要加满油，最好再带几桶，逃难时路边的油站基本都是空的，所以逃难
的路上有许多车因为没油抛在了路边。没有油的话一旦真碰到紧急情况就惨了，逃不了
了。注意，装汽油的桶必须是干燥的，不能有水。
4. 停电问题，一般碰上大风大雨就会停电，更不要说Hurricane了，而美国家庭有大多
数住宅靠电烧饭烧菜的,没有通煤气，一旦停电，就没吃的了，这也是准备干粮用处之
一。严重的时候，电力设备维修人员也响应政府号召逃命去了，一时半会没人修。
5. 通讯问题，Hurricane来时，最可靠的电话有时也会断，手机不能用就更正常了。通

发帖数: 379 | 11 星期六早上8点出门，赶上8点45分开往Bainbridge的ferry。大概因为还比较早，没有
堵车，ferry也没有
我想象的拥挤。11点多在Port Angeles吃中午饭，12点半左右到Hurricane Ridge问信
息，买
topomap。Hurricane Ridge开往Obstruction Point的unpave的土路真是不好开：都只
有一个车道，
上面全是碎石子，边上就是很深的悬崖，一点保护都没有。最郁闷的就是在陡坡上错车
，我贴着悬崖边一点一点
蹭，真是下来推的心都有了。过去的时候，对面车里的美国人还跟我竖大拇指，呵呵，
估计是看我脸都吓白了。
不过这一段路的风景真是极好的。如果说Hurricane Ridge看到的是一幅展开的画卷，
那这条路上的便是流
动的画卷，两侧都是形状各异的山峦展开。大概是去的季节有些晚，山上的残雪都化的
差不多了，不过山的形状
依旧很漂亮，还有填充在山间的云雾，托起连绵的群山，便像是在仙境了。
1点钟出发开始走Grand Lake and Moose Lake Loop，这条线claim是8.8 miles，我的
GPS实测9.71 |

发帖数: 13172 | 16 我以前也自己穿线，现在找pro穿。同意poly的延展性非常差，我在前贴中也提到poly
弹性差。我说的是“前几个小时”掉磅很快。然后就稳定了，也就是说它掉磅是非线性
的减速过程，而其他软一点的弦可能是线性甚至是加速掉磅。所以看你想在poly的什么
区段打了。pro只用新弦，打一会觉得松了就换。我可换不起，所以前几个小时基本就
是在“train”新弦，等它掉的差不多了，就稳定了。这时poly其实掉磅就会比其他软
弦慢很多了。楼主说他用pro hurricane tour + vs natural gut，我就是用这个，非
常好的搭配，要我说是职业级的，网上评价非常高。
当然poly中我只用过pro hurricane tour，其他的poly没准不一样。你可以参看Tennis
warehouse 上pro hurricane tour的review。

手感很好，能吃住球，也很有power, 比pro hurricane柔和，但不如pro hurricane耐
用，打了一个月就断了。用pro hurricane做main, 往往是cross先断。
以前也用纯prince synthetic gut，手感也不错，缺点也是不耐用，2周就断。 |

发帖数: 16592 | 18 我今天用pro hurricane tour 17，还是混线打了接近5hr，结果胳膊和肩膀就有感觉了。
最后大概20分钟，换了black magic的混线，感觉好多了。
pro hurricane 和 pro hurricane tour都是很硬的线，其实手感不错，topspin也好，
但是我之前用Kpro tour的拍子加上full bed的这个线，就网球肘过一段时间，可以打
，但是时间一长就不舒服，最后换了线后就好多了。
我还是喜欢poly+multi，所有就用软线了。
我推荐 black magic主要是1 软poly 2 性价比高。 |

早晨8点出发，Vegas街上的车还很少。开出Vegas，沿I-15向东，一片荒芜的沙漠风光
。开始还很兴奋地体会这份苍凉，看看Joshua树，后来慢慢被这一望无边了无生机的灰
色磨得懒懒的，提不起精神来。等到Mesquite了眼前突然一亮，路边不远处一片耀眼的
绿洲，很是赏心悦目。绿洲这个词，听得看得都烂熟于心了，但若是不到沙漠里走走，
不可能真正明白这是怎样的奇迹。换Ut-9以后，一条小河就开始时不时伴随在公路左右
，像一条绿色的带子飘来飘去，这就是Virgin River，在Zion还会和她亲密接触。很快
到了Hurricane。在这里竟然发现警察大哥开的是皮卡，并且没有任何警灯或警车的标
志。如果不是抓了一个超速的，还真难注意到。这个发现使得我们整个旅途中开车谨慎
了很多。后来陆续发现Utah南部的警车很多都用皮卡，真长见识了。
10点半到达Zion门口的小镇Springdale。很多小旅店分布在街边。这里有两家卖石头的

Day 1
费城US Airways 603早上7点35出发，西部时间10点21到达西雅图机场，满眼的全是阿
拉斯加航空的帅气的爱斯基摩人标志。做免费shuttle到car rental center取车。用了
学校的contract ID然后加上现在national租周末送一天周中的deal，总共行程下来
full size car只要133刀的样子。
开车直奔播音工厂（8415 Paine Field Blvd, Mukilteo, WA）。停车场就看见一排787
dreamliner，海南航空和南方航空各一架。然后跟tour参观747, 777, 787 生产线。
周六还是有很多工人上班的，看到国泰航空的747 cargo组装最后一步，还很幸运的看
到787-9 dreamliner的一辆崭新的飞机出场（现在787的组装速度是6天一架，ideally
之后达到3天一架，所以看到的几率还算蛮大的）。对航空航天感兴趣的同学一定不要
错过，本人是一定打算再去第二次的。

Olympic national park
一大早从Tacoma沿16号路开往Olympic national park的北边，经过Seqium和Port
Angeles，直奔hurricane ridge，总共两个半小时。到的停车场的时候不到9点，基本
没什么人。停车场/visitor center的风景其实就很无敌了，群山离得很近虽然有一点
雾，还是清晰可见，可惜山坡上没有野花，光秃秃的有点单调。游客还很少，于是不紧
不慢的上了三脚架。然后咨询了一下visitor center（9点开门）的工作人员，听说
Hurricane Hill那个trail看到的风景和High Ridge trail差不多，只是海拔高一点，
就放弃了Hurricane Hill。背上三脚架相机就出发了，先从停车场西边的trail head走
了Cirque Rim Trail，快到停车场东头的时候直接往北走的High Ridge Trail，看了
sunrise point。整个trail风景开阔，基本都是沿着山脊走的。Sunrise point可以隐

狈。
这周末据说是要来一次超级大的hurricane.据说是类似1938年的new England
hurricane一样的一个东西。到时候光风速就超过100MPH。
一群华理人屁颠屁颠，rain or sun，好像风雨无阻的样子，去liberty park BBQ。最
后只怕是都被吹到大西洋里淹死的命。

time the Arctic convoys switched to Murmansk in December 1941. Of these, 99
Hurricanes and 39 Tomahawks were in service with the Soviet air defense
forces on January 1, 1942, out of a total of 1,470 fighters. About 15
percent of the aircraft of the 6th Fighter Air Corps defending Moscow were
Tomahawks or Hurricanes. |
