剛剛信主的阿翔，每天早上起來總不忘記來到神面前禱告。他每天禱告的內容不外
乎求神保守他，使他平安無事，凡事順利。
過了一段時間，他開始從每天禱告變成三兩天才禱告一次，又過了一段時間，變成
每周主日上教會前才禱告一次，最後變成乾脆就到了教會之後，大家公禱的時候才跟著
禱告。如此日復一日，直到有一天，他的工作遇到困難，被公司通知要被裁員，他才開
始緊張起來，到處找人為他代禱。
牧師問他說，你禱告的時候，神跟你說什麼？他很驚訝地問，神怎麼會跟我說話呢
？我們禱告，不都是我們說給神聽嗎？
原來，阿翔雖然信了主，但是還是保留過去民間信仰時的習慣，覺得信仰不外乎就
是求神保佑。他根本不知道，信仰就是透過一些養成的屬靈習慣，來建立起與神的關係

kids before she too that action. Do just because ur child did not get hurt
this time, u just let it be. It is hard to say who will be hurt next time.
Also ask the parents of the kids who were hurt to see whether them got a

听到同屋接完一个电话之后, 就告诉她bf 说是Chris 的电话, Chris's butt hurts.
我很关心的问, Chris 的butt 怎么了, 为什么会hurts, 是不是工作坐着太久了? 我的
同屋愣了三秒, 然后笑得前仰后合. 原来someone's butt hurts = someone is not
happy
2. 刺猬
我和一美国朋友从动物园回来, 说到刺猬, 一时之间 porcupine 这个单词想不出, 但

when you have the right to vote. Stop whining and complaining "he hurts me",
because if you choose the other one, he will hurt you more! In the long

真好奇anyone是怎么把信用搞到650以下那么低的。。。。。。是因为有其他贷款吗？
其他问题回答不上，倒是提高credit score我可以回答一点，这玩意可有意思了，首先
想要好credit，必先hurt credit，然后这事只能慢慢养～
credit limit总额高是好事，但是你用credit额度小是好事，limit和balance的
difference要大！刚开account时是hurt credit的，每被人提取credit history一次就
会hurt credit。比方你找apt，进入application process时会被提取credit history，
考虑买车要做financing，人家也要提取你的credit history，如果不注意，到处看车
，到处被人提取history，很hurt credit score。所以在没有必要的时候不要让人随便
提你history。多几个credit account更容易build credit，每张卡active的卡都要均
衡使用，闲置的卡要close掉，不要闲置着一堆卡，却把占用某... 阅读全帖 |

上bama的defense没有tired out，利用比别人进攻时间长执行的好，run相对少的play
磨死对手。
顺便说一下今年OSU球迷diss JT Barrett，本质原因是it平常run的很欢，关键时刻3rd
and short过不去，大学QB最关键就是3rd and short能不能keep defense honest，进
而convert成功，这点Tebow, Dak Prescott强太多。。
Saban最近几年练辟邪剑法，关键时刻还是靠kiffin call压箱底的play(譬如扔给OJ
Howard玩大的)，或者Jacob Coker自己跑convert成功夺冠。所谓的hurry up, no
huddle没有offense连续在场上control clock的能力。再好的defense也会被wired out
变成shoot out，这事儿bama从来就不擅长。

week 1 - 47 miles, mostly untimed very easy runs
