他当然没有我活不下去，不过没有事业他也同样没法活，所以，他要忙一段

It's all about date of marriage and date of separation, everything in
between cut half. But the half-half rule doesn't apply on large asset like a
house, e.g., one party made a full dp basically owns the whole house. There
is a code for such case in family law.And it also depends on length of
marriage.
Get a yellow page and go talk to a FL attorney for details. They do free
consultation. Way better than hearing here. |
