Eye extra firming serum一直在用，一个４０＋的姐姐推荐的。俺也不知道俺３０＋是不是用早了。对付肿眼泡没用，但是一年多了，眼角并没有多根纹，所以也算有功。
Brightening Skin Perfecting Essentials里面的Serum挺赞的，用了以后脸看起来确实比较白皙，亮。俺用的第二天上班就有人看出来了。
Brightening Hydration的日霜，没感觉，感觉太干，俺用了以后还得加一层
moisturizor。
Brightening Hydration的晚霜，没感觉，太干，另一种蓝色的晚霜也没感觉。还是ANR＋一大把一般的moisturizer就好。
颈霜，没感觉，人家说是４０＋用的，俺用大概早了吧。
toner，没感觉，还是买一大瓶lancome的蓝水划算。

屁了。
中国人92%都乳糖不耐受！为了空气的纯净，请大家戒掉牛奶和酸奶吧！不要以为酸奶

ultrasound 可能没必要。做x-ray时，有没有看到软组织发炎。我家宝宝以前
也瘸了半个月,发烧了两周。x-ray显示骨头没伤，但是背上soft tissue inflammation. 吃了
止痛药和消炎药（anti-inflammation）就好了。当时就是把他的小窝放在猫盆附近，这样他上厕所方便。吃的喝的也放在他窝稍微近一些。
要特别注意的：

You are right on the endothermic process. However, in offshore production (
collapse hazard is small compared with onshore activity), when hydrate is
moving upwards, the temperature is higher and pressure is lower in the

My feeling is that the structure of Nafion depends on the hydration level.
Some people propose a series of different structures at different hydration
levels. However, those model is not well justified. Also the feature

发帖数: 367 | 42 我们journal club的时候讨论过同样的文章和有关的话题，大家基本认为写CT PE
protocol没有V/q更好的作者们（有核素背景的）都practice在理想真空。
首先他们说的孕妇血流量大，IVC导致造影剂不均匀什么的，比较不让我们信服。首先
，同一个人在hydration情况不相同的时候，IVC都能很不相同，脱水时IVC可以变得很
扁，而病人在急诊给了不少fluid之后，好多人都已经是fluid overload。在做
pulmonary CTA 时，用的是18g针头加上power injection，扫描的timing是影像质量的
最重要因素。当有右心衰竭的时候，造影剂会返流到IVC甚至肝静脉，这也许是IVC在PE
CTA是最常在报告里提到的。我们还从来不用因为病人血流量或者hydration status担
心过造影质量, I do not buy it at all. 这点百分百同意dreamlady说的。
其二，对孕妇胎儿辐射的问题。当你有孕妇在你面前要做r/o PE检查时，病人和放射科
都会同意选辐射少的。v/q究竟比CTA精确多少能值得冒险去做放射线多的检查呢... 阅读全帖 |

因为去年我补水做的不好，喝了两壶水，结果后来跑步一直尿急。
今年想改进补水方式，少喝多餐，于是趁打着入了一个这个：
Vision Aerobar Triathlon/Time Trial Drink System
Nashbar打折40刀，做工还挺不错的，碳纤维的流线型外壳，内胆分为两个部分，可以
分别装两种不同的饮料，后面的容器的吸管是黑色的，前面的容器吸管是红色的。另外
由于外壳和内胆的分离设计，保温效果也很好，天气很热的情况下，水还是凉的。
后部还有一个带拉锁的小包，可以装gel或者一些小配件。

hours 48 minutes. The race course is the most beautiful one I’ve ever raced
(or visited) to date! Surrounded by snow-capped mountains and winding
through green lakes and blue rivers/creeks, and cutting through valley
meadows. It’s simply amazing to see all the sceneries, let alone having all
the roads closed down for you to swim, bike and run!
Before I went into the race, I had two goals. 1, qualify KONA (Hawaii)
