1) Lin is an underdog that proves those sneers and smears wrong, and he has
worked so hard to improve himself. He is strong, but not that strong. But he

有啥心事？如果第二天要早起或有什么事，晚上就会有些焦虑，主要表现为入睡困难。
可以考虑睡前喝牛奶，里面含的钙和脯氨酸有助于稳定情绪。还有OCT的melatonin（褪
黑素）,有人说有用，没有试过，效果应该是因人而异。其他的就是不要看电视，晚餐
不要过饱，不要喝酒，不要喝咖啡，注意sleep hygiene。
如果起来精神好，说明睡眠质量很好，不用担心了。 |

这个是绝对不能），不能蒸桑拿（也是绝对不能），游泳之后要撒尿（所以游泳之前适
当喝点水），最好用眼药水冲一下眼睛。
除了hygiene，孕妇游泳最应该注意的是其他方面，比如最好用仰泳，不要太用力，别
