俗话说：枪打出头鸟。中国有前瞻性，首当其冲，这还是要赞一下的。
比特币，大家讨论得也很多了。我也说几点：
有人把比特币和黄金相比较。黄金毕竟还是有很多其他用处的，军用航天工业民用都有。
有人说比特币的矿机等等的投资本身就表明了比特币的基础价值。不要忘记了：做功也
可以是做无用功的。
我觉得：比特币，最重要的是因为它的“第一”性，是第一个这样的币，因此，它有一
定的“收藏价值”，而这个“收藏价值”很可能将会成为它最终的“唯一价值”。
币，最重要的是要有强有力的信得过的“国家机构”的支持 才能使得它成为“硬通货
”，像美元。而相反的例子：赞比亚币，等等。
比特币的hype，不排斥有人有机构有国家在有意“煽风点火”制造骗局。人家要设骗局
有它的自由，自己不要去上当受骗就是了。

如不上市的财务更加自由.
所以一般来说, IPO如果不抛售持股, 那一定是吃亏的. 首先IPO就不是免费的.
某种程度上, 股市本身就是个大泡泡, 里面光鲜的股票大多都是水分. 反而垃圾股那里
不少扣除债务以后还有点扎实的固定资产在那里.
