大家都知道酶反应动力学中的Michaelis–Menten方程（米氏方程）。许多ligand-
receptor binding反应也符合这一方程。这种反应的特征性曲线就是hyperbolic curve
.在尚未达到saturation (plateau phase)之前，有一段曲线近似于直线。位于这一线
性范围内（linear range）的数据有着近乎linear regression （R2>0.99）的关系。
请教如何可以比较准确的确定这一线性范围。有没有相关文献可以参考？万分感谢！ |

如果线性部分不共振，那么一定是C无穷等价的。(就是能找到一个C无穷的坐标变换
，可以把一个变成另一个)
请问：有没有关于估计这个坐标变换的定理阿，类似于center manifold的估计
定理那种形式的？
因为这个坐标变换不一定是解析的，所以我觉得这个问题还是挺重要的。 |

hyperbolic起源是因为ODE线性主部特征根能分成实部大于零小于零的两块，中间有个
裂缝能用来bound分母，所以ODE的摄动分析收敛性容易作，不会有小分母之类的麻烦。
所以poincare,Lyapunov当年顺手就做了。
现在你找个学过奥赛的，数学本科毕业的，
告诉他题目和条件，给他出20道题，他就足够自己推导出来
Lyapunov博士论文的全部结果。可见这是多么具体和朴实的结构。
到您老这，就成了多抽象的多神奇的概念了。
Smale把hyperbolic这结构总结出来，推广到各种各样的东西上，提了很多问题。
当年毕业了不少博士。越做越深，直到这块基本上finish。但大家对这结
构的普遍性一直有质疑。换句话说，也就是觉得他们这组人做的东西不是generic的东
西，不一定多有意义。Smale他们自己的人后来也说当年以为hyperbolic dynamics是
占90%,现在看来只占动力系统一小块。

他有一个技巧，可以用来打通解析的ODE的结果和可微的ODE结果。
后来众人所知Hartman-Grobman定理，和他的技巧有很大的关系。
1950年之后发展出来的所谓动力系统的hyperbolic理论这块，
invariant manifold之类的东西，几乎没有一样不是Poincare,Lyapunov
曾经做过而且给出过例题的。不过Poincare,Lyapunov的结果都是
用级数majorant证明的，只适用于解析动力系统。
那个年代美国数学家们，大多数
一靠抄Poincare，Lyapunov的big picture.
二靠把他们对解析系统的结果弄到可微的系统，
三靠把欧式空间的结果弄成所谓的流形上的动力系统。

对空间相对性的思考完全从数学开始的，主要的想法是空间是不是绝对的（或者说是不
是只有一个理想的空间模型：欧几里得空间－－－就是平常说的平直空间）。 这是从
欧几里德第五公设开始的。
结论：
19世纪， Bolyai和Lobachevsky证明了非欧几何的存在。高斯更是理论上提出了曲率和

你从文章的introduction里面，或者从mathscinet的review里面去摘抄两句就到这里来
讲沈维孝的文章的意义，这样做有意思么？我给你两篇Annals文章，你有能力分出高下来么？
“具体”也要看是一什么意义下的具体。你非要说hyperbolic polynomial是很具体的我也没有办
法。

to my door, unsolicited, by my employer). I am an avid news reader and
enjoy reading news from different points of view. I can say without doubt

The rubes at Lilly are probably retaliating for China cracking
down on their bribery operations in their country. Hopefully these
individuals will get a fair trial, OUTSIDE the state Indiana. BTW...didn't
know Lilly's research was all that valuable considering their pathetic
attempts at bringing new drugs to market. I can't wait for China to slap
them back, and hard!
