刑法推理原则之一是主客观一致原则。体现在本案就是犯罪主体不仅实施
了该行为，且认识到或有理由认识到其行为所会造成的社会危害性。盗窃行为
构成犯罪，首先要求其社会危害性较大，此处的恰当衡量标准即是盗窃
物品所具有的经济价值。如果做案人不可能正确估计被盗物品的经济价值，
则无法预见其社会危害性大小，故而缺乏构成盗窃罪的主观故意。

The patient is having both hyper and hypoglycemia and we don't know which
one is the reactive one. Is she having hypers secondary to hypos or reactive
hypos? Would be interesting to know when does hypo occur? Postprandial or
not?
If this patient has both hypos and hypers documented and current blood
glucose is normal, as well as HbA1C. Would you start with glucose tolerance
test or 72hr fasting test to investigate? |

， LAB REPORT一般是 4。5 以上才是不正常，但是实际上3。0 以上就不好。 怀孕的

With some medicine, the TSH went dramatically down and out of the chart. The
Dr. in my university couldn't do anything with it. I had to just stop the
medicine. Soon after I worked, I have a Thyroid scan and the conclusion is
neither Hypo nor Hyper but some thyroid malfunctions. I don't have to take

My thinking is OGTT can be easily done to see if the patient has diabetes.
If yes, we know the hypos may not be true or just reactive, assuming it is
unlikely he has two different pathologies. If normal glucose tolerance, then
those hypers are most likely to be reactive to hypos.
Just saw the post about referral. Can the neurologist refer a patient who
presented to him with peripheral neuropathy to an endocrinologist for

it. Once the TSH is in normal range, his cholestral will be normal too. But if
I were him, I would definitely restrict ice cream. That's the worst food ever

on the other hand, try to find out what is causing the Af, some of them is
curable.

不知道什么是过敏原，所以就全部吃素， 过了２周了， 还没有什么好转！
每次看到宝宝抓脸， 就把自己的脸凑过去， 说宝宝， 要抓就抓妈妈的脸好了。
各种保湿的用了不少，也只能稍微缓解， ％１的HYPO的药， 一停第二天就发。
奶奶在家天天试着用各种不同的土方法， 没有一个很有成效的。
爸爸刚买的单方相机， 才照了一张， 照片实在是太清晰了，不敢再照。
不管怎么样， 宝宝每天都还是乐呵呵的， 该干嘛干嘛！
所以我们对宝宝说： 天将降大任啊，宝宝你要不怕痒， 不要烦躁不要哭， 忍一忍就
过去了！
