发帖数: 228 | 2 最近修改炼油厂Cracking&Quenching还有压缩单元的模型，可是工厂提供的HYSYS模型
不收敛，主要问题是压缩机，4级，每一级都进入一个subflowsheet，因为
subflowsheet不收敛，所以主模型也不会收敛，不知道怎么fix。这里有有经验的吗？
能不能聊聊？我时间不太多了很着急。不好意思厚着脸皮说一句要是谁能替我做了，必
谢！版本7.2.盼回复。 |

发帖数: 4872 | 3 PRO/II做流程模拟真的非常方便,大三,大四时好多作业和化工设计全用这个来完成的,
但在反应器设计这块倒不怎么样,因为它对反应过程描述不多...
ASPEN PLUS,感觉反正模块特别多,跟其它一些软件的结合也不错,反正模拟挺好的...
HYSYS了解很少
还用过HEXTRAN,主要是设计换热器的,会输出换热器的所有数据... |

contractor，或unpaid intern都可以。
我的大致情况是：
今年12月化工MS毕业，GPA 3.7，来美之前有一年intern经验。我勤奋好学，踏实肯干
，会使用Aspen Plus和HYSYS，其他软件如VBA和AutoCAD都会用一点，具体写在简历里
。有29个月OPT，之后需要sponsorship。

发帖数: 408 | 22 先自我介绍下，国内一所化工大学硕士毕业后，就去一家化工研究院工作了5年做研发
，刚进去时接手一新产品研发，和同事一齐化了几年时间研发出来并规模化生产。因为
产品出来后，国内也没有其他竞争者，加上研究所的机制，所以没什么事可做了，便重
新拾起书本，考G考托到美来读博士，现在也马上毕业了。
现在的学校以石油专业闻名，所以其他专业都是围着石油转的。刚来时一石油专业好友
让我改专业进他们组（他也是国内的化工硕士后转到石油读博士的），一来他们组有个
大牛，将来找工作肯定有很多帮助，二来，油公司收入高，校友又多，所以工作肯定好
找，所以他毕业后就进了SHELL，大牛老板推荐，还有师兄推荐了康非，他选择了SHELL
。但我真的很喜欢化工这个专业，虽然也知道转到石油的好处，还是坚持选择自己喜欢
的。
我在国内硕士做的是CO的吸附，后在研究院工作做同位素分离，也有几项专利，现在做
生物石油，做得还比较不错，但是老板说有保密问题，只让发了一篇文章，后面就不让
发了，比较郁闷。我工作的一些技能如：Distillation, heat & mass transfer,

会问一些什么技术问题呢？
1.比如HYSYS Aspen如何建立模型吗？这个我倒是会，但是怎么表达出来呢？
2.troubleshooting会怎么问问题呢？ 一般会出现什么问题呢？
3. 设计和匹配，比如换heat exchanger或者换thermal/ flow rate meter 需要注意什
么问题吗？
