发帖数: 893 | 6 小店的东西都贵。我买菜去basket market, stop&shop, whole food, 其他东西基本不
买，要买也是walmart, target, 这些全国价钱应该差不多，生活费用基本是房租60％
，吃饭汽油车保险电话等等40％。
麻省冬天太长，4个多月，一半时间天空是灰色的，只能窝在家里，可是又喜欢户外活
动，郁闷。这里的基础设施，道路宽度和平整程度都很差，因为冬天铲车铲雪的斗子把
路面刮坏，到处是大坑小坑，平时马路上一层白色的沙盐灰。麻省买房的好处是同样的
价钱可以在麻省I95－I495 ring之间或者I495之外买到2－4倍与orange county的大院
子，但要忍受冬天在室内漫长的蜗居。
其实我经常想：没必要在麻省做房奴 (目前的收入要6－8年的税前工资才能afford一个decent house in decent town, 税后就是要15－20年了)，是不是还不如回国发展算了，回到老家的3线城市，弄上3个apartment, 住一个，出租2个，另外随便干个什么工作都能吃饭 养孩子，似乎比在麻省压力更小，自由时间更多

公路基建要么靠加燃油税维持,要么就是收各种过路费,让民间资金来干.但是现在老路
肯定不能收费,这样过路费的潜在收益就很低.DC/Nova的i495/I95 express lane投资2B
左右,年收费也就80M左右(不包括利息折旧等的运营成本大约就有40-50M).495的投资亏
得非常厉害,而且使用率似乎在下降.目前融资方式是政府做股东,对民间发债券,亏空还
是政府承担.各种可行性研究表明,想要让收费公路赚钱,就得让免费公路堵死. |

个冬天都是这种瘟瘟泱泱的天气。雨刷毫不懈怠为车窗擦亮眼睛，人们小心谨慎控制车
速，以低于60的速度在限速65的高速公路上爬行。我一直保持自己的位置在最左侧车道
上。
收音机里正在播送环境问题的采访。主持人播放了当选总统的录音，川普说气候变化就
是一个笑话，还说控制排放是中国企图搞垮美国经济的阴谋。为此请环境科学专家作科
学普及。专家说北极的冰帽正在融化。南极的气温在过去20年也正在逐步上升。特别来
自南极的数据明确表示地球正在变暖。因为南极是地球上最大的孤立大陆（第二大孤立
大陆是澳洲大陆），而且是海拔最高的大陆。所以南极温度不容易受到气流和洋流的影
响，更加真实反映地球温度改变。
不论某位专家的观点是否能够代表科学界的共识，也不论人类活动是否真的强大到改变

车要低一点。
另外，远光近光我也真被你们说糊涂了，我自己是特意反复开关我自己的和我老公的车
的近远灯，确认自己知道近远灯的区别
然后在另一次非常类似的场景上，就是在晚上8点半之后的I495高速上，老公开车，我
趴在后车座上数过后面的远光灯，我也让儿子数过，基本在50%， 老公不同意这个数据
，但是他不肯去数。
我们夫妻后来是承认双方对灯光的反映确实有些不一样。 |
